Terrible experience
I ordered a product from westwing (Christmas gift for my parents) on November 29th, for which the delivery was guaranteed before Christmas.
On 19th dicember, I got sospicious since the order status was still “waiting from supplier” and I wrote to the customer assistance asking them the expected delivery date and they replied confirming that the delivery would have be done before Christmas, that I will receive soon an email from the delivering company (never received).
After trying calling them all day yesterday without an answer, this morning (24/12) I succeeded to take the line and they told me that my order was not in the warehouse yet!
I obviously canceled the order (delivery expected in the middle of January) since I can understand the moment and all the difficulties related, but an email, a alert or anything just notifying me that the order would be late would have been appreciated and it would allow me to have time to buy another gift for my parents!
First and LAST time I buy on westwing
