Called James at the last minute and he responded promptly. He sorted out both the ground floor WC and the first-floor bathroom quickly and professionally. Very tidy, respectful, and completed the job to a high standard. Great guy, would highly recommend!

I have used Wet & Dry Plumbing Services for several years and have always found James excellent - not just his work, but his reliability and friendly, helpful manner. Highly recommended.

James has recently serviced my boiler and installed an outside tap but has been doing plumbing work in my home since 2018. He is amazing and the only plumber I will allow into my home! Over the years he has serviced the boiler, upgraded my heating system to a smart system, installed new radiators everywhere throughout my home, installed a gas hob and repaired leaks. I have never had any problems with any of the work completed. The heating system is still going strong 5 years on. I would give extra stars if possible. Thank you for you hard work as always James!

First time we had used James. We found him helpful, thorough and he fixed the problem, at very reasonable cost.

During the annual service of an ageing central heating system, a gas leak was detected. James made a very thorough assessment, planned a remedial strategy and scheduled in the work to take place within two days. So very pleased with the total professionalism throughout the whole process. A huge 👍🏻 for this company.

James turned up promptly at the agreed time and despite there being more work to do than expected, James carried out all the work with diligence and professionalism. Also a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.

Request for a replacement boiler, my options were clearly laid out leaving me to make the final choice.
Work was cleanly and efficiently carried out with my questions on the procedures answered.
Even made time to fit a new radiator at my request.
The setting up of the timer and thermostat was clearly explained.
Overall a job well done and highly recommendable for any further work that needs to be done.

James looks after the heating systems for two of my rental properties, he’s extremely reliable, trustworthy and always excellent at fitting me in with any emergencies even when he is so busy. He has installed a new boiler for me at one property and an entire new heating system for my mother in her house - both systems work beautifully and he can always be relied upon to be very responsive with any queries. James is very reliable, efficient, trustworthy and friendly always calls back if you leave a message. Has fixed a couple of issues in our WCs without a problem, very tidy worker, you would never know he had been there. Would definately recommend.

What James doesn't know about plumbing is not worth knowing. He's an honest, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable tradesman. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services.
