They send different shoes from what I order
From the website, I ordered the New Balance 530 Summer Fog. In the pictures you can see the color of those shoes are light grey with beige undertones. Unfortunately, I didn't receive what I ordered. They sent me a pair of New Balance DARK grey, a COMPLETELY different color scheme from the pictures. After, a closer look, I found out the shoes they sent me were the New Balance Raincloud.
I emailed them pictures of the shoes they sent me, showing them proof that they sent me the wrong pair and that the color was completely different from the images on the website. I kindly asked them to send me the ones I ordered. They just replied that they did send the correct ones and can't help me, even though I sent them proof. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I don't want. From reviews I read sending them back and asking for a refund looks like an Odyssey.
I don't recommend buying from them. AVOID!

Ordered total of 40 Pairs, never received a single one, company says that they have sent all of them And all of them were marked as received…
This company is going bankrupt really soon, so I would not recommend buying or selling to this platform… current payout deadline more than 2 months, sellers were told that technological issue stands behind that issue even though their payment provider works smoothly for every other human being on the planet…
After more than 5 years in the business, have never seen such lack of honesty and clown behaviour.
It was a really good working company, but that is unfortunately the past

RESTOCKS.NET DEJA-VU
I think WTN it's just the perfect example of how to mess up a good thing. As a buyer I was satisfied, but as seller it s just a different story.
They started good with fast shipping, good and fast payouts. Then lot of items you could consign. As the time passed by and they starting to grow things started to change in the opposite direction like less items you could consign, payouts started to be delayed until they implemented new fees for processing and express payout. Now the express payout it's not available anymore, you re now getting your payout ihn 30 business days (restocks.net type), and that's a bad financial decision from the start. You are basically crediting WTN with your money. The offers now most of them are joke, my thumbs hurt from rejecting their offers constantly. At this point i can't find a positive note to continue to sale on their platform, because all of this for me is RESTOCKS.NET DEJA-VU and a warning at the same time. Don t forget what happend with them.
P.S: Well...transparency they say...but they offer a standard and vague reply, exactly like those one we got from restocks 🤔🤔🤔. Too many similarities at this point.
