I’m really disappointed with the customer service I’ve received.
I made a purchase of around $140 specifically because the company was advertising a bonus propagation gift for orders over $80. When my order arrived, the gift was missing. I reached out via email and after a few exchanges, Justin acknowledged that it was their mistake, but said they couldn’t send the item on its own. Instead, I was told they would “make an exception” and include it with a future purchase.
That’s simply not acceptable. The promotion influenced my decision to spend more in the first place, and now I’m being expected to spend even more money just to receive something that should have been included in my original order. It feels like false advertising and a very poor way to handle a straightforward issue.
Overall, this experience has left a bad impression. Mistakes happen, but how they’re resolved matters—and in this case, the resolution fell well short of reasonable expectations.
