I’m really disappointed with the customer service - misleading …

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I’ve received.
I made a purchase of around $140 specifically because the company was advertising a bonus propagation gift for orders over $80. When my order arrived, the gift was missing. I reached out via email and after a few exchanges, Justin acknowledged that it was their mistake, but said they couldn’t send the item on its own. Instead, I was told they would “make an exception” and include it with a future purchase.
That’s simply not acceptable. The promotion influenced my decision to spend more in the first place, and now I’m being expected to spend even more money just to receive something that should have been included in my original order. It feels like false advertising and a very poor way to handle a straightforward issue.
Overall, this experience has left a bad impression. Mistakes happen, but how they’re resolved matters—and in this case, the resolution fell well short of reasonable expectations.

Shop Elsewhere— impossible return policy

The shipping timeline was not clearly stated at the point of purchase. The return policy has the customer lose money and service requires so much documentation that it is a deterrent. I could not even use the products to try them out because of the strict returns policy.

Positive exp with products and customer sevice

I bought 3 grow lights and a fertiliser. Unfortunately the fertiliser leaked all throughout the box. I emailed the company and they are sending me a replacement and were very kind.

I live the lights and can't wait to see how the fertiliser goes with my plants (after reading great reviews on reddit).

Over a month and have still not received my order

Placed an order on the 9th of June and still have not received it. On the 20th of June it was scanned in by AUS post so it took 10 days to dispatch and then it sat in a facility 15 minutes from their warehouse for another 10 days. 20 days to leave the state and I ordered as my plants were in need of some TLC. It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered and still no products after spending $180, emailed customer service and just got told we have a high volume of orders and to be patient and a mere 20% off for any future orders. Won’t be ordering again to wait over a month for a product when I’ve now had to go buy alternative plant care to keep them alive

They use dark UX practices

They use dark UX practices, beware. They added products to my order that I did not want and charged me for it. It is a hassle getting them to refund the additional product I did not want or ask for. Their customer service is condescending and has tried to gaslight me. Companies should not be able to add products to your order without consent or approval. Beware when purchasing from this company
