A great day out for all the family !

I spent the day here recently with my family and we had a really great time. There is a huge variety of different rides to suit all ages so everyone was happy. Queueing time was pretty much the same as any theme park during school holiday (long) but if you go expecting this it wont be too bad. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day so getting wet wasnt a problem. Lots of different food outlets and restaurants so plenty of eating choices. Unfortunately looking a little tired though.

Hour line up for all slides

Hour line up for slides because staff are oblivious. Somehow gap between sliders is 90-120sec when slides are 15-30sec
We know there is a gap for safety but forced slow down to keep lines up is fkn stupid
Guarantee some slides are closed everytime you visit. Today for painting stairs. Apparently this couldn't be done during the off season close-down months.
Food was fast, but dont expect hot

The bast part was at the end when we got icecream from the friendly staff when the kept the store open for us
I also loved kaboom as it made my heart jump with excitement
It was also my first time here😁

forced queues are a forced frustration…

forced queues are a forced frustration in the quieter times
Reasonable selection of rides. Quite a nice vibe. Visited after school hols on a Monday hoping for shorter queues and less crowding. Rides were slowed up massively to keep queue times to >30mins on everything. Hugely frustrating to wait for no particular reason and watch staff move impossibly slowly. Lots of rides shut for 'maintenance'. Queue plumping sucks the fun out of the day. Don't come in the off season, and think twice at peak times unless you love a queue. Manging >5 rides in a whole day is unlikely. Underwhelmed and frustrated.

Give them a day to remember (for all the wrong reasons)

I am disabled, don't at present have a carer. I can't talk, swim (due to my accident) and use 2 crutches to get around.

I took my children to the park to have (what I thought would be a great experience). My 10 year old son went into the wave pool. At some point, he went under and nearly drowned. A lifeguard blew his whistle (I thought someone was playing rough). It was to alert my son to stop playing around. NOT ONE LIFEGUARD WENT INTO THE WATER (god forbid they should get wet).

My son came out of the water and wanted to leave. Moments later, a lifeguard came up to me and said I had to get in the water with my son in future.

HOW CAN I TAKE CRUTCHES INTO THE WATER and not cause problems for other visitors?

It has taken me a week to calm down enough to write this review (and I still feel angry as I type).

Second item, take LOTS of money if you are visiting. ALL food, drink and souvenirs cost 2-3 times what they do outside the park.

The company need to place a crowd capacity limit

This company need to put a crowd capacity limit in place because they are openly ripping people off! Wait times are ridiculous and is out of this world uncomfortable. When they have school bookings this needs to be weighed in for other guests experience who travel from interstate. Although something about this place tells me the company are only here to rob you blind! Because of population and decreased customer valuation don't think your opinion matters because you will be undermined and the guest services will rouine your day just for having one. Whoever owns this place is one sick person or group of crooks laughing it up untill the park is decommissioned, sold or under administration. The clock is ticking, you can tell by the feedup staff and the amount of people they let it to suck it up in line for 2 hours! The fast pass costs over $100, another laughable regret to just see the shame!

WORST water park I ever visited

WORST water park I ever visited! wait 1 hr to hop on 30 second slide (outside school holiday season!), half the slides turned off but u still pay full entry price, the staff consist of annoyed teenagers, and the food is the worst!

Great slides with Fun & friendly staff

Had an excellent day with the family at the park. Lines moved very quickly. All the staff were very friendly and approachable. Shout out to server Lindsay who was good for a laugh and offered great customer service at the food stand near the constricter slide.
