Reregistering a microchip to a new owner


I was unsure how to go about registering as a new owner, given that our dog was still registered with his previous owner (gamekeeper) who had emigrated to New Zealand and just left him with another gamekeeper. He was surplus to requirements and, as we have had several spaniels from this gamekeeper when they had been retired from working so he offered him to us. There were no contact details given to the second gamekeeper.
Jasmine was wonderful, making the process easy. She could not have been more helpful. I am very grateful to her.

We have been trying to get hold of…

We have been trying to get hold of someone says 24 hrs certainly not go to voicemail but before you leave a message it hangs up we found a dog but couldn’t check chip as not registered with your company so took to vets and vets couldn’t check either as not registered with you and has to send proof that there a vet so now dog will have to sit at vets till Monday

First class servoce all the way.

First class servoce all the way.
I went to register 2 x Border Collies for the first time, spoke to Phillip on the first occassion but one of the microchips seemed to have a wrong number.
After taking his advice went to the vets to have them checked, it was down to the last number.
Phoned next day and Spoke to Sam C.
Both pups are now on the system.#Thank you to both people who were brilliant. Highly recommended.

So Helpful.

I have always found We Trace Pets very helpful with every query I have had and that has been quite a few.
They explain every stage of registering the dogs to our rescue and then when they are adopted their easy to follow new owner process is easy and straight forward.
At each stage they confirm that the dog is registered to our rescue and then confirm that the dog has been transferred to the new owner. Those actions are greatly appreciated and helpful.
