Your order was placed 07/10/22 and immediately after you requested it to be canceled. Same day we have replied to your e-mail confirming that the item was not shipped yet and we will grant your refund same day.
We did that - since your payment was done by PayPal, we initiated the refund. However PayPal does not always deliver the money back immediately after the refund is started, sometimes it needs several days to do that. This is completely beyond our control and we could do nothing about that. If you paid with card or BACS, your refund would arrive faster. You have contacted us numerous times after and we replied every time, confirming the same I've stated above. We even provided you with estimated funds arrival date.
We are sorry to hear that our service was below your expectations and we would love to hear what we could do in order to improve.

Needed a shower tray next day for a…
Needed a shower tray next day for a job. Contacted the company to ensure this could happen and was told it would be fine. It didn’t arrive. Courier not to blame for this, it was never despatched!
Waste of time and definitely will not use again.

We have tried to use Trustpilot's inbuilt service to find the reviewer which you unfortunately did not respond to.
Therefore I am unable to find any of your order details in our database to review your claim or try to help to resolve the situation.
We are stating which trays are in stock available for next day delivery and which of them need more time to arrive (we have an alternative stock), therefore if any delay happened it was likely caused by the courier. Our Agents are also calling Customers on daily basis if any problem with the order is discovered to resolve it.
Since I am unable to find any information about the order, we cannot proceed with that any further, I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem but your review does not match any of our registered issues and we can do nothing to help.
