A Great Service, good price and would highly recommend!
Just had an engineer to clear a fat and grease blocked Drain. I phoned for an appointment yesterday and the person I spoke too was very helpful and could have got me an appointment in a couple of hours but opted for first thing the next morning. Engineer phoned 15 mins before to say he was on way, when arrived he sorted the problem in 15/20 mins and ensured he cleaned all the grease and fat in the pipe, cleaned up after himself and took it away all the waste and all for a fixed fee paid at the end of the service. I was very impressed.

Everything about our experience was great, right from the beginning. It was easy to search and find the company online. There is a quote on their website from the outset, so you know exactly what you will pay up front. You can book timeslots for a visit, no hanging around all day. There's a 100 day guarantee on their work. They kept in contact with us throughout, letting us know when the engineer would arrive. The engineer was brilliant. Courteous, patient, helpful and explained everything fully. We happened to have a recurring problem and he returned quickly the following day to help further (under their guarantee), spending hours at our home until we were 100% happy. Our home was flooded by a blocked sewage system, and whilst that was the worst (and smelliest!) weekend ever, weunblockdrains went above and beyond to do everything to remedy the situation.

Throughout he explained very clearly the "how's and why's"
When finished everything was left very clean and tidy.
