We instructed WeVal to do a HomeSurvey…
We instructed WeVal to do a HomeSurvey on a property we were buying in Fulham. We had a very tight schedule and were about to exchange but with the current market we wanted to be certain the property is in good order and we weren’t paying too high for the flat. Max was able to inspect the property the next day and provide the report 2 days later. Service was really great, report was detailed and clear. Highly recommend.

An excellent and professional service
Max carried out an Inheritance Tax Valuation for a property in SW London. The report was clear and concise as well as comprehensive. I required the valuation ASAP and Max was able to fit in the inspection the following day and turned around the report within 48 hours. The service was brilliant and the fee was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend WeVal to anyone that requires a RICS Valuation.

We made initial contact on 1 June 2021…
We made initial contact on 1 June 2021 for an RICS Surveyor report so that we could sell our property which was also funded by a Help to Buy loan. To our surprise, we managed to get an appointment for the same day and it was attended to on time. Again to our surprise, we received our report within 48 hours as advised which was a very quick turnaround and great for us because we could now get on with the process with the sale of our property.
Throughout the process, Max was very professional and kept us up to date and I would strongly recommend WeVal Surveyors to anyone that requires an RICS Sureyor report.

Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this service. Max was very efficient in replying to messages as well as booking in and providing our valuation. We received the report less than 24 hours after our visit. He was very polite and helpful, answering all my (inane!) questions.
