The Fall of May 9th

I'm a big Le Sserafim stan and I work a 9-5 everyday providing for my children, and I saved up enough money to buy my favorite Le Sserafim merch, only to find out the shipping fee is THE SAME AS THE ACTUAL PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Indigo back in November from the US shop. Sent an email in February checking in on the order that still indicated shipping around December 2022. Customer service just up and cancelled my order. No email, no contact, nothing. Just cancelled. Sent another inquiry asking Why they cancelled. got no response. They just closed the ticket.

I ordered Photofolio by Jimin 3x & get them in a DAMAGEd condition

I ordered Photofolio by Jimin 3x. I was afraid by waiting for it. As soon as i recieved my Order i was crying a Lot, the Order was DAMAGEd. I write to the customer service & after a while they Said that they will Exchange me Just the Booklets because the PET-cover is Just for the protection of the Booklets. I dont agreed to IT, because i payed for the Product without DAMAGEs & without Missing Something. I think they understand this Point after a while & send me the PET-cover extra. So i have to wait for many weeks because weverse Support Said that IT Takes many weeks to PRODUCE 3 new Photofolios. After a while i write them & ask where my Purchase are. After that they send me the Exchange products. I thought the Horror Trip was over as soon as i recieved my Exchange Order. But IT was DAMAGEd, too! Just the 3 NEW PET-cover was in perfect condition.
I am waiting for a long time for my answer why weverse need so many weeks to PRODUCE NEW Photofolios by Jimin & send me in those damage condition! They dont mind about the opinion of the customer. I payed for DAMAGEd products & weverse wont Exchange me the damages Photofolios, because for them the damage is Not DAMAGEd enough.
For a big company ITS very sad those behavior to there customers. & For my answer i am waiting Till today.

Preordered an army bomb SE on January 2…

Preordered an army bomb SE on January 2 from Global to US. It got shipped out the 13 and arrived a day earlier than the estimated arrival. (Got here Jan 17) I was so surprised by how fast the shipping was. It’s definitely worth the extra money for global because my package got here undamaged (Thank you DHL!) I was able to track my package the whole time efficiently and accurately. My only complaint was the actual army bomb had a few scratches on the clear part of it on top but other than that, it works perfectly fine.

this company totally lost 2 of my…

this company totally lost 2 of my orders. the customer service site on their app would not allow me to hit the "submit" button to complete the concern about where my 2 orders have gone. There is no one to talk with; for a country as technologically advanced as SK, this app is most disappointing. It probably works well if you are Korean. ??????

WeVerse and its customer service is a…

WeVerse and its customer service is a joke. I’ve tried twice now to return or exchange items following their exact instructions and they find ways to say I didn’t provide exactly what they asked for. They take forever to ship your items and just as long to get back to you about any issues you have with the item so by the time you receive a reply it’s outside the window of being able to reopen the claim they closed. So instead of having a system that can resubmit under the same request you have to go through hoops with them by opening several requests or emails. They put as much effort as they can into making exchanges or refunds inconvenient so you don’t even bother trying in the future.

Good luck if you decided after it was delivered you don’t want the product anymore. Some products they’ll flat out refuse to let you return if you decide you don’t want it at that point. They refuse to exchange or refund for “outer box damage” which means if your cd case comes damaged they will refuse you because it’s only to protect the product… Their quality control is already atrocious and to refuse to refund or replace based on damages that were beyond your control is ridiculous. The US store no longer has flat rate shipping so just like global you’re paying insane shipping costs for even the smallest items that get higher the farther you live from their hub in California. Even with these ridiculous high costs they still only use ground UPS shipping which only gives you tracking of when it was scanned out of the warehouse and once it makes it to your state’s distribution center and is out for delivery. Nothing in between that… What am I even paying for? By the way, they decided to change that shipping policy with one day notice before the extremely heavy and over priced proof collector’s edition was released. Everything is blatantly about saving them money and holding onto whatever money you decided to give them. WeVerse does not care about customers.

Scammers

I preordered the STAYC ‘We Need Love’ album set with poster, paid $58 shipping + import fees (I’m in Europe), only to receive an empty poster tube and one of the albums with a print defect.

I contacted support but they only reply with template messages asking for the pictures you just sent over and over. I opened a dispute through PayPal and they denied my claim, despite showing proof. I then contacted PayPal on Twitter and they reopened my case, and now Weverse is offering a partial refund only if I send the package back, which would mean I’m paying the same amount as the refund they’re offering to ship a box with a missing item…

DO NOT trust this store, please! They’re going to make what should be an exciting moment into stressful months. You can get their POBs from other places, it’s not worth it!

PS: Also, all the 1 star reviews that are just about not shipping to the UK aren’t helping potential buyers who may end up in a situation like mine or like the many who outright didn’t receive their purchases. I understand the frustration, but people need to be aware of how awful they are as a company, and if they see that the anger is just because they don’t ship there, they might make the mistake of choosing this store like I did

Still won't ship to the UK

Still won't ship to the UK, the excuse being covid which is a lie because other Korean companies are shipping to us fine, customer service is disgraceful, no real answers, automated ones, if its the shipping that's the problem that's easy enough to sort, other companies do absolutely fine! I hope this gets fixed as it's making me feel like less of an ARMY of BTS, only ever managed to get one thing before it all came to a stop, very very upsetting, we are missing out on so much stuff because of it

Does not ship to UK!!! :(

It is extremely disappointing that Weverse Shop does not ship to the UK but does to the US!! I am not willing to pay double the price for items on other websites.. please sort this out weverse! There are plenty of K-pop fans in the UK with the fanbases growing bigger over here and were missing out and it is completely unfair.

Doesn't ship to the UK. If they can figure out US shipping they can figure out UK shipping, the difference is that they just don't care and are happy for us to pay double the price for items from another company.

This company is awful and does not care…

This company is awful and does not care about UK BTS fans. Shipping is non-existent to the UK and has been for months, with the reason being that the UK is not accepting mail from South Korea due to COVID, which is in fact a lie as I've been ordering items from other retailers based in South Korea for months. If they have an issue with shipping fees, please look at other retailers, as they seem to be able to ship without issue. I don't mind high shipping fees if it is an item that I really want, but at least give BTS fans in the UK the chance to purchase, instead of just blocking us completely for no valid reason. The only thing I've been able to purchase is a virtual membership! They do not appreciate UK fans and their customer service is dire!

Just awful

I’ve been a fan for 5 years and until this day I don’t own any BTS merch. Every time I even consider ordering something, a quick look at the shipping costs reminds me why.

First of all, I live in the UK and for years now Weverse Shop has been unable to figure out the shipping to this region despite other Korean companies doing so without issues.
The costs of delivery to Europe are absolutely outrageous and come close to the value of the product itself (which is not cheap either). They don’t allow grouping orders (occasionally possible for the products from the same line, but regardless of the weight you’ll have to pay a quite hefty extra for each product you add).

I’ve purchased an ARMY membership few years back, when you couldn’t opt out of ordering an add-on gift, and apart from taking over 6 months to reach my country, the mess (and extra fees) I had to go through with the customs explaining the actual contents of a surprise gift box and the value of the order was an awful experience.

I was happy to hear a year after that I could choose an option to solely buy the membership, so I renewed it for another year only to get no benefits whatsoever. To be exact, I did get access to 1 photo shoot and a bunch of discounts that I couldn’t use anyway (like 4k streaming for online performances and presale for US concerts).

That is not to mention that many products sold on the app become unavailable within minutes after release, because the stock never matches the demand.

Also, although I was unable to find information if Weverse is the official supplier of BTS albums to the UK retailers such as HMV, seeing how overcharged the UK fans are getting for the same very basic product is doing nothing to ease the feeling of frustration.

Awful company with no organisation and consideration for its customers. 2 stars only because they do ship the products (delayed and in a weary state because of the weak packaging, but hey, at least it gets sent out).

Don't buy Talk with BTS or MotiPen. doesn't work!

And then bc of the terrible slow shipping you cannot return a defective product. Ordered here for my ARMY daughter (age 13) a Talk! with BTS Korean language book which works best with a sold-separate "MotiPen" (Total price well above $120 when you add shipping). Pen arrived over 30 days before the books did. No way you can test if it works. MotiPen did not work - followed directions exactly. They denied allow an exchange bc it was beyond the SEVEN day limit, yet they took forever to send the books. Won't be shopping here again. BTS ARMY DESERVES BETTER.

Return the UK to shipping list!

Please ship to the UK! There is a huge and passionate fan base here (so it’s not like there’s a lack of fans to sell to), and we’re missing out on a lot. Just trying to find BTS/k-pop merch in shops here is a struggle, and when you do actually find the odd BT21 item, it’s severely over-priced compared to what it would be if you bought it from the official shop (which UK fans can’t), or in Korea. Sure, there’s one Line Friends shop in Brighton, but that’s not exactly easy to get to for most people.

Wow, it's just impudence at this point

Wow, the shipping costs got even more astronomical. Telling me that my items are not allowed to weigh more than 20kg when it barely reaches 10kg, so I had to make 2 orders with 280$ shipping costs for 95$ items that barely weigh nothing. I don't think photocards and premium photos are THAT heavy. I should know after all.
