Worked with Evan and Spencer throughout the home buying process from funding discussions to closing. Super helpful tool for US military purchasing a home from out of the country. Other than in person home viewings, the process was entirely remote. Smooth and straightforward throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.

We worked with Evan & Spencer when searching for and securing financing for a house with an upcoming PCS. I cannot say enough good things about them. They helped us fully understand every step of the process, and truly had our best interest when helping and guiding us.
To add to their already wonderful service, when things got hairy with a relator we had initially hired on our own, Mardie with their realty group helped connect us with a one of their vetted relators in the area we were searching for a home in. We were so happy with the realtor they connected us with! I highly, highly recommend WeVett! We wish we would've started working with them sooner, so stop shopping around, and hire them ASAP!

From Ashley who put us in touch with our loan officer and realtor to Evan ( our loan officer) who walked us through every step and patiently ran numbers over n over again. We felt like everyone wanted the best for us and truly listened to our requests. We never felt blindsided or nervous that we didn’t understand.
