Excellent resume
Excellent experience, The company help me to get a better resume for future jobs applications focused to my new job.
Reverse recruiting a scam
I am here to talk about reverse recruiting service provided by weworkremotely, which in a nutshell is a scam, if you are on the fence about getting this service, please don't.
The first impression was terrible, it took them 3 weeks to contact me in the first place once I paid for it. But I decided to be patient, I had read great reviews in their website, which in hindsight I am beginning to think that they were written by them based on what I experienced.
After 3 weeks, I had the onboarding meeting which didn't clarify much, but they assured me I was in good hands and I would see the results. I explained I was trying to get the foot on the USA job market, and they should focus on jobs based there. Well it was to no avail, the way my recruiter applied would be similar to the way a shotgun fires, she would apply to everything, e.g. I specified I didn't want a contract type of job, regardless she would apply or my favourite example, she even applied to my current company for crying out loud!
The final tally was that she applied to 200 jobs, which I didn't get a single interview and suddenly the inform me that the order is complete, when they hadn't told me not even once that metric before, quantity over quality. I sent them an email, calling them out for they behaviour and all they could tell me is that I should be patient in case any of the application bears fruits and that once the order is complete they can't refund the money, basically they are con men/women taking your money when they don't care the results. It is too late for me, but not for you, spend your money elsewhere!
Just saw weworkremotely responded and I am not going to bother to discuss their clarifications, they are just a lie, the only thing I want to say is, I don't gain anything from this review, instead they are just trying to save face to keep their business alive, choose wisely who to believe!

We concluded that WWR is the BEST remote job site in the world
Our company is a consulting firm and we hire remote specialists for various roles from all over the world. Over the years of being in business, we've been posting jobs on different job sites. We never got results as good as we got with WWR. For quite a few positions, WWR has been by far the best site to get quality remote candidates, no other job site could come even close to the results that WWR has been able to produce for us. WWR has consistently fed us a good volume of candidates for our positions, and our strict vetting process has always been able to select the best and most motivated candidates from WWR, as opposed to any other site. Their job postings, including all the upgrade features they offer are well-worth it. Quite a few of our positions we have posted there on a regular automatically-renewing basis and we consistently get a good volume of viable candidates from it. Some of the best hires we got in the company, including people who are today part of the leadership team, came to our job posts from WWR. We accurately track and attribute all job candidate traffic and WWR has by far been the winner over any other remote job sites. In our conclusion, WWR has been, quite literally, the best remote job site in the world!
If you are an employer looking to hire remote specialist staff, my advice would be to give WWR a good try and post the job there. For best results, provide a detailed job description including the pay offered and other details, to really give candidates a good detailed picture, and make sure to put a good vetting process on the back end, as you will get a good volume of applications if you advertise on WWR and it will be your vetting that will help you identify the best candidates. I'd also highly recommend using WWR's "pin" feature where you can pin your listing to the top of the site - it costs extra, but the results are well worth it. If you have positions that you constantly have, keep your post on auto-renewal and keep consistently executing your vetting process - this will give you the best results long term!

Hannah F. was timely, accurate, and professional. She did a great job helping me with my resume.
Best site for true remote jobs
This is one of the best portals for searching remote jobs. All the listings are legitimate unlike linkedin or indeed where most jobs seems to be there just to create engagement to the company pages. I have heard back from almost all the jobs I have applied through WWR. Ideal for freelancers or digital nomads
Great customer care
Update:
WWR responded to me immediately after receiving my complaints, which I am highly satisfied with. The new Team assigned to me was at the expected level of knowledge, which is what I expected from the beginning. That's how customer care should be.
Keep it up
/Chris
My experience with We Work Remotely’s so-called “Reverse Recruiting” service has been nothing short of a disappointment. They promise to take the burden of job applications off your shoulders by submitting customized applications on your behalf — up to 200 of them. Sounds great in theory.
Out of the 100 applications they submitted (far short of the 200 they promised), I received zero interviews. Not one. Why? Because they don’t personalize anything. They use generic templates that are probably copied and pasted across hundreds of other customers. The result?

The job listing are fake
I paid for a subscription. I never got an interview and only received what looked like prefab and auto-generated emails. The site still tried to take out subscription fees every 2 weeks and it has been over 3 months that I stopped using it. Also, the 5 star reviews look totally fake.

The Best Platform for Remote Job Seekers
I've been a user of We Work Remotely for many years, and it has consistently been the best platform for finding remote jobs. In a market where remote opportunities have become harder to find, it's incredibly refreshing to have a site dedicated exclusively to remote work.
The site is straightforward and easy to use, which I truly appreciate. It hasn’t changed too much over the years, and that consistency is something I value. It keeps the experience simple and focused on what matters most: finding great remote jobs.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be for the site to offer resources like resume assistance or guidance on applying to jobs. However, even without these features, We Work Remotely remains my go-to platform for remote job opportunities.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about finding remote work!

They are a scam
They are a scam, I recently worked for them, they asked me to translate more than 30 pages of a story, and when they made the payment. They told me that I had to pay a fee, so that the deposit could fall into my account they are SCAMMERS, and I wrote to them for all possible places and they never answer. I don't know how they call themselves a "reliable and safe" company. THEY ARE NOT

One of the worst job search platforms out there. The filters are a hot mess. You can't look where you need to look. You can't filter what you need to filter. I don't understand how someone looked at this as a platform and said, "Yea it's ready for the public." It looks like it's still in the gamma stage of planning. You will not get recent postings when you want them and you wont even be able to figure out where that filter is and how it works. It looks and operates like someone's 8-year old put it together.
This is a TOTAL SCAM
This is a TOTAL SCAM. I never received my payment and they expect me to pay a fee, which doesn't make
any sense, DON'T WORK FOR THEM
