Dear Trust & Safety Team,

I am writing regarding Request #28935476 and my outstanding seller funds.

On June 11, 2026, your team explicitly confirmed that I would receive an email regarding my final payout that same day. I waited as instructed and repeatedly followed up when no email arrived.

To date:

• I have not received the promised payout email.
• I have not received my funds.
• My follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
• No explanation has been provided for the delay.

As a UK resident, I find it extremely concerning that funds earned through legitimate sales on your platform continue to be withheld while communication has ceased entirely.

I have acted in good faith throughout this process and have complied with every request made by Whatnot. In return, I was given a specific payout date that was not honoured.

I now formally request:

1. Immediate confirmation of the amount currently being held.
2. Immediate confirmation of when my funds will be released.
3. A written explanation for the failure to provide the promised payout instructions on June 11.
4. A response from a supervisor or manager within Trust & Safety.

Please note that if I do not receive a substantive response within 5 business days, I intend to file formal complaints with Citizens Advice Consumer Service, Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and any relevant payment service providers involved in the payout process. I will also consider pursuing any other dispute resolution and legal remedies available to me in the United Kingdom and the United States.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with Whatnot, but the continued lack of communication leaves me with no alternative.

Well Well Well where do i begin?

I look at whatnot and all i see in my eyes is total contempt for them, which is totally warrented. I was shocked and so upset to learn that my good friend Morgan had been banned by whatnot What the hell Really?

bigbrandedoutlet was the very first seller i came across and i was Hooked straight away.Selling top branded products at generous prices Having a 6am live and a 5pm live Where else would you get over 200 followers at 6am of a morning every morning

I soon realised that i became a part of a close knit family Morgan Katy their kids and the other followers Their are followers who like me have health issues im 63 live on our own now have something to look foward to everyday Morgans brummie banter winding the ladies up and the ladies giving it back So funny So enjoyable

Morgan is a hard working man who provides for his family and kids Very honest man and if there was a problem which was rare he  would sort it in a heartbeat The orders are sent out on time and the packaging 100%

Morgan would get trolls and these trolls complaining to whatnot and telling a load of lies to get him temporary bans which wasnt nice. Whatnot unfortunately decided to believe  these trolls without doing much investigating.

One time a troll was saying that Morgan was selling fake CK boxers The pics he showed me were red blue boxers shorts that wasnt CK anyway and sticthing was undone kept harassing ne If whatnot bothered to find out the truth They would have found out that CK boxers Morgan was selling were genuine CK boxers and all of the boxers were in White.

Another temporary ban was because a troll complained to whatnot that his young daughter was selling Al Paca socks. Again if whatnot bothered to investigate properly they would have found out that Morgan just popped to the toilet he was gone only a few minutes His daughter just held up a pair of Al Paca socks didnt even speak thinking she was helping daddy Shame on you whatnot for believing the trolls yet again What is wrong with you?

Ive seen a lot of sellers whos kids help mommy daddy to sell items Their faces are so happy and repeat what mommy says why should it bother you whatnot its a good education for them dont you think?

Cant you see whatnot that these jealous trolls have been targeting Morgan for a while now and they are laughing because you keep warning and giving temporary bans and now a total ban.Its called harassment and youve done nothing about it do you ?

There are a load of sellers who sell Dubai fragrances which are dupes and inspired? Whatnot would you payout £390 for Tom Ford Lost Cherry 90 ml or a copy dupe inspired for £30 I cant afford those prices but the dupes smell close to the original and is affordable All my fragrances off whatnot are dupes smell amazing im happy.

Now you get trolls asking if they are real? Morgan always says that the ones which ones are inspired dupes etc Morgan sells a Baccarat Rouge 540set of 4 edp which is original and the trolls still ask if its real

I feel its unfair that the trolls have got Morgan banned and you believe the trolls Whatnot what you dont realise is that Morgan and Katy and Andy made a lot of people happy like myself and other followers on other reviews Who have health issues and are on their own They dont have Morgan to make them smile anymore Where is your empathy and compassion? Oh so you have hearts of stone

You have the technology to find ip addresses of these trolls who cyber bully sellers but you choose not to?

Does Grant Lafontaine know that you members of the work force are banning sellers because you believe the nasty trolls?

Whatnot you are modern day Pirates making so much money from shipping and adding extra charges when you shoudnt Shame on you

Your shipping prices are all over the place It isnt fair as a lot of people are paying shipping £3-39 every time they buy from a different seller and several more times when they are buying a lot of items Is this how whatnot are worth $11.5 Billion Dollars I have Grant Lafontaine linkdin and i will email him

Scamners are raking it in getting paid for produts if anything goes wrong whatnot will pay you

Whatnot you need to have compassion empathy with people  bigbrandedoutlet should have the ban removed and go back to selling top branded products and helping not so well off people and making people with health issues happy again and have something to look forward too me included

Likes:
Decent amount of people on platform
Shipping is easier for adjustments
Generally, support is fast and helpful.

Dislikes:
-Surprise set change is good, however the inability to give at least a number for players as an Average hurts the seller and I know I'm losing business as a result. Being able to give Floor, average and ceiling again will definitely make life easier and boost sales again.
-Buyers protection is good for the buyer, but it is very clear this isnt monitored as there are people on this platform that buy and report items broken for refund, keeping the actual item to resell on the platform. You're losing money as a result, and continuing to payout without having strict rules makes it seem like this is acceptable. I only care, because I lost premier status because of one person and all their orders.
-Wish you could bulk print labels for shipping, as well as bulk edit to a certain weight.
- Shipping labels on surprise sets generate extra labels for each person- I fly through labels because of the change and it costs me money.

The business is good overall, but there's several ways it can be improved.
#1 is the shipping. As a WN seller i can say that the shipping is horrible. It's way overpriced and the fact that I can't provide my own label and upload a tracking number is just greedy.
#2 the algorithm used to bring people into shows makes new users not want to sell on the app. You basically have to already have a huge following or pay to get more than 2 viewers in a show, and even when we pay to "promote" it seems like a waste of money. Many actually believe WN sends in bots instead of actual people because either they're random people and not category specific or something. 99.9 are in your shows and out before you can even acknowledge them.
#3 Instant payouts at 1k sales or it's ungodly monetary limit is 100% ridiculous. As a part time seller I'd have to sell for years to be able to qualify for instant payout.
#4 the "Review" process is terrible. A buyer shouldn't be able to give less than 5 stars without a comment explaining why. Also giveaways shouldn't be able to affect your rating. I've seen and heard several sellers tell about how they no longer have 5 stars because of a giveaway.

Love this app a lot started out as a buyer then became a seller and have been loving it. Layout I think should have the inventory payout buttons at the top instead of bottom of seller hub screen. And easier way to rerun an item after no one bids on it initially. Also putting the number of viewers in your show after should be back!!! It’s cool to track that process.

User friendly. Easy to connect with new friends. Love the weight options for customer savings. Early Payout is amazing feature and benefit. Features are too numerous to name. Gives business building a whole new meaning. Business analysis are easy to understand. Live view of sales are captured during live show which features units sold and dollar amount. Easy to find your friends from show to show. There’s so many more benefits for marketing and managing your business here. Growth is truth authentic. You have to remain consistent to see your own growth. It’s an amazing experience so far (3 months in). Carla F @Cache_Luxe

Whatnot as a whole is doing good. The seller fees seem a bit high. I would also suggest a method for immediate payout that processes through a debit card. Not processing payouts on weekends and delaying processing through the Stripe app causes problems when trying to purchase more product to sell in a timely manner.

Great if you are a buyer, horrible if you are a seller. I have been seeling on this site for a little over a week have made quite a few sales, have had them delivered yet no payout. Sell on poshmark or ebay. This site sucks
