Order forgotten and shipment late

It seemed like our order was lost or forgotten. It took over 2-3 weeks for a mockup. We had to reach out multiple times to ask for an update, and a different person responded each time. The only ask was to use a different sticker, instead of a valentines sticker. We were advised rush shipping was needed to make our delivery date, but still, the package was late.

Personalized life saver rolls

The personalized life savers I ordered were not as pictured on the website. The online prototype that was generated for my order in no way resembled the pink polka dot wrapper pictured on the website. I assumed that was a computer issue and my order would arrive as pictured. Instead, it arrived as a white roll with some pink lines on it. WH refused to rectify the order. They should have alerted me when they saw the order that something was amiss. Very disappointed and will not use WH again.

I haven’t tried the candy yet

I haven’t tried the candy yet. I paid for two business days delivery and it came in four. I asked for gold foil and it came in silver.
The wrapper was very pretty and came as expected

Photos on line very deceiving

Photos on line very deceiving. Although items are personalized, I do feel there should be some kind of compensation when a customer is this unhappy. There should be a compromise. Nancy

Looks better than the picture!

Responsive, quality product and on time delivery. This is the second time I have used WH Candy and definitely am now a forever customer. Competitive pricing and amazing customer service.

The end product was good, process terrible

The end product was good, but the communication was terrible. I ordered a product that was labeled IN STOCK, got an invoice, and only called for a different question and was told that the product I ordered was actually out of stock and was on a week delay, but no one was obligated to reach out. I would not have known if not for my call. I then ordered and an actual in-stock item and requested overnight shipment since I was already delayed. When they were not delivered on the actual date they were supposed to be here, I again called and was told production had not even started. There was a problem with the design. No one from the company reached out to contact me or notify me of the delay. Once again, I had received an invoice that everything was okay. If I had not called to inquire, I would have not known. They did sort out the problem (that was on their end) and I did get a good product, but the process was stressful, terrible, and hard to deal with.

I saw the charge on my banking app

I saw the charge on my banking app, got an email the chocolate was not in stock and asked if i wanted to cancel or wait. I said wait and we did. I was away and when I got back, the card I used was not able to be charged and after a day or 2, my order was cancelled. I was willing to wait the 2 or 3 weeks for them but they could not do the same for me even though i was not in the country.

Did not arrive in time

The chocolate bars came out perfect BUT I didn't get them in time for my daughter's birthday party. They were expected a week prior but got them the week after her party

Personalization incorrect/poor customer experiencePaid a lot of money to have c bars…

Paid a lot of money to have candy bars delivered for my daughters baby shower express and 3 days before shower received then with the correct message telling guests Thank You for spending the time with our daughter Ashley and the name on the front of the candy bar was incorrect with ANGELA written on them ( we don’t even know a person with that name) so we had to throw out the 268.00 bars. The order has the correct name on it so we don’t know where they got Angela and didn’t they notice the name and message didn’t match??? Then to add more distress to this I have spent over 7 hours of time trying to get thru to them with no one picking up just being disconnected to have to restart my phone calls. I cannot use the call back feature as I work as a third shift nurse and can’t have someone interrupting my sleep. So I continue call them when I have free time. The shower was February 18th so that’s how long I have been still trying to reach someone. So frustrating 😡
