THANK YOU candy bars to be distributed in early December and the expectation is they will be a deliciously received.

My orders were canceled and money refunded! At first, I thought it was a "sold out" issues; Unfortunately, I was saddened & disappointed when I received an email from WH candy that my account has been flagged by the company because I had reported them over an issue earlier this year when I ordered personalized chocolates for my daughter's graduation party. I received some of the orders and never received the other. I called the company but they didn't do anything, according to them, the yellow milk chocolate m&m showed up delivered BUT I never received them! Since I didn't get any help, I turned to PayPal! As a result, a company as big as WH flagged my account & decided never to allow me purchase from them again! It's all good!

Easy online ordering made it very easy and my order was delivered as planned.

Placed my order Oct 19th for an event this morning, Nov 4th. The delivery date kept changing and tracking showed it delivered in another country back in Aug!! The shipping charge was way to high for such poor service! As of now, I still haven't received my order and don’t need it anymore. I live on SS and $60+ is a lot of money for me to just throw away which is exactly what I did! This is by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering online!

Great product. Shipped quickly and neatly packed. I ordered 150 Hershey bars for my daughter’s sweet 16. The color of my custom wrapping is exactly as shown on the internet….no surprises, no gimmicks. 10/10 in my book. Look no further this company is professional and reliable

I am satisfied with my order from WH Candy even if I had issues when I first received them. I ordered 30 pieces of the personalized birthday chocolate bars but I only received 27. I called customer service and told them it was missing 3 pieces. They were very professional in helping me with my issue. They reassured me that it will be mailed to me asap and they did. I received the missing 3 pieces from them and I'm happy and satisfied they were able to fix my issue.

I like handing out customized candy bars to airlines, resort and other staff members when we travel. I really enjoy customizing the different design options for the candy bar wrappers. The website gives so many different varieties to choose from, so I never run out of ideas for our next trip. And everyone that receives a customized candy bar not only enjoys the chocolate, but they are amazed and appreciate the customized design. Both the Hershey chocolate and Belgin chocolate bars are delicious. Have to say, a couple of the chocolate bars never made it on our trips; I enjoyed them too.
What is nice is you don’t have to stick with one design for your full order. I like to design at least three different design options on the front of the candy bars and then customize what I want to read on the back of them. This way I can customize some more toward the group I want to give them to. And you can save your design option(s) on the company’s website and revisit it when you want to make a purchase, so you don’t have to start all over again.
The chocolate bars arrive in an insulated container, so they don’t melt, and they are packaged boxes with foam padding to help protect them from damage during shipping; and they look absolutely fantastic. The packaging on the chocolate bars is very tailored and for my orders, there were none that needed any adjustments.
I really recommend the company when you want or need customized candy or chocolate. A lot of options to fit your needs and budget. I just wish there was free shipping. Just a personal preference.

The personalized chocolate bars were just the perfect baby shower favor, loved that they arrived packed in cold packs to prevent melting. Will definitely order again!

Overall our experience and the finished project was really good. I only wish there was some better one-on-one direction from the graphics team. Had I known that the copy of the back of my wrapper was going to be printed so small, I would have redone it, but unfortunately, I didn't have that feedback.

The candy and wrappers were a perfect addition to the tables at our daughters engagement party. The picture was clear and we added a thanks for coming message to the back, they were a hit!

We always love the personalized opportunities to mark special occasions and of course the chocolate is the best!!

Shipping was great and the product itself is fine. I just feel it was not advertised correctly. I was expecting a chocolate bar with just a classic foil wrapping we could put a our own label on. These were actually normal Hershey's bars, wrapped in the Hershey's wrap with sealed ends, then overwrapped in a foil sheet. If I had know this, I would not have made the purchase. I could have easily bought our own Hershey bars and overwrapped them ourselves for less cost.
Still, I was impressed with the quality of packing/shipping.

Our party favour Ghiradelli chocolate ganache bars arrived securely packaged to prevent any damage. The wrappers that we ordered were very professionally done and we can't wait to gift them to our guests!
