Avoid at all costs

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a wheelbarrow on next day delivery (paid extra for this). Was clearly ordered before the cut off time for next day delivery. The item wasn’t even dispatched until almost a week later. I then cancelled the order (as next day delivered was not honoured and needed it asap). DPD sent back to the company 3 weeks ago. Keep being told a refund has been issued but it still hasn’t so I’m still £80 out of pocket. Customer service is terrible, not very responsible and lying as clearly a refund hasn’t been issued.

Bought an Easiload Green Wheelbarrow

Bought an Easiload Green Wheelbarrow - 85 Ltr / 150kg. Quick delivery, but delivery agent managed to drop it on delivery when a large piece of cardboard he was holding it by gave out. Fortunately didn't dammage anything but when unpacked there were significant scratches in one area of the pan - not delivery related, so packed and sent like that. Need 2 people to put it together as not as easy as I'd hoped.

Avoid! Faulty product and no customer service

The frame did not fit the wheelbarrow tub - it was impossible to make the steel bar fit in the plastic recess. A response from them was very slow and all they did was send a pdf of the assembly instruction sheet (which i already had in the box), completely ignoring the photos and text about the fact the part appears to either be wrong or faulty. I have since found out others have had exactly the same issue so they are selling Wheelbarrows where the frame doesn't fit the tub.

It is several days since I replied to their email explaining the instruction sheet is no use and asked them to look at the photos etc I sent in my original email.

I wanted to return it but their policy suggests you pay return delivery and theyll only replace (which is pointless if they only sell Wheelbarrows that are faulty). Also, the tub arrived covered in loads of scratches and i didnt trust them to want to risk them saying I damaged it.

In the end I had to get a friend to use a tool to cut away the plastic lip so that the frame would fit.

I really wish I had checked here before ordering. If you are, dont bother ordering a Big Mucker unless you want to do your own bodge job on it to put it together. You will need some sort of tool that can wear away plastic.

Also dont buy from here if you expect reasonable customer service, such as replying to emails, responding to queries and concerns, and taking accountability for faulty products.

Looking at other reviews they clearly know the frames don't fit the tubs yet are continuing to sell them as if it is a functional product.

Use another company, its not worth it!

Delivery had to be chased up as didn't arrive after a week.
Wheelbarrow has a faulty valve, emailed company but no response.
The replacement tyres are out if stock until March.
I will not be using this company again.

Acceptable but definitely not premium

The wheelbarrow seems reasonably robust and will shift horse manure, which is why we bought it.

Arrived with a part that didn't fit and didn't look like the enclosed instructions, but after contacting Wheelbarrows, we were told

"With the bar being too long as long as you put it in straight and screw it in to the pan then the bar will slightly bend to fit. With the part facing inward instead of outwards it will still work."

So they knew the part didn't fit and they knew the part wasn't as shown in the instructions but told us to bodge it and everything will be fine ... and, who knows, perhaps it will be?

If aesthetics matter to you then you may want to look elsewhere.

VERY SLOW delivery and poor customer service

I ordered a wheelbarrow on 3rd December 2025 with delivery expected within 2-3 working days. I received an email on 9th December 2025 confirming that the item I had ordered was out of stock and was expected in on 17th December 2025. I heard nothing further so called the number on the website on 30th December 2025 to follow up. I was told the item was in stock and it would be dispatched that day. I finally received an email confirming the item had been dispatched on 6th January 2026, 34 days later than expected. I hope the wheelbarrow will be good quality when it does arrive, given the wait and a whole month of missed use during the winter.

AVOID - Transaction Dispute required to get a refund for undelivered item.

Ordered a wheelbarrow on 15th December on a next day delivery. I had to email on 17th December to find out where it was. Apparently there was an error. I requested an alternative colour be delivered by 24th December. No response and no wheelbarrow.
I received an email from another person stating it would be with me on 29th/30th December. Still no wheelbarrow. I requested a refund and have had no response.
I have had to raise a transaction dispute with my credit card provider. Absolute waste of time and the worst customer service I have received.
AVOID if you value your time and want to receive a product of any kind!
Embarrassing.

Terrible service

Terrible service.
Selling items on the website that are out of stock, not letting me know for days and then not bothering to order the replacement after a 15 minute telephone call.
Would NOT use again.

Brittle plastic, not durable. Disappointing.

I bought a plastic wheelbarrow advertised as suitable for equestrian use from here. The plastic is not durable and does not last as long as other wheelbarrows do. The plastic became brittle and shattered much sooner than expected. Nice colour, but if you want something durable - look elsewhere. I emailed their customer service department to let them know about the failure of the wheelbarrow I bought from them and they said because it was outside of the warranty period there was nothing they would do.

Quick delivery of my Pink wheelbarrow

Quick delivery of my Pink wheelbarrow. When a piece shattered during the building of the barrow a phone call and an email and photo later there was a new piece in the post which arrived in a few days.

A good all round useful barrow…

New barrow arrived on time in good condition. It was easy to assemble with good instructions, (took about 30 mins), and the finished item was sturdy and felt good to use. It was pressed into service right away carrying mortar for wall building. It proved to be up to the job, and should give good service for a long time to come.

Very happy to read that it's "Made in UK". I do hope that means completely made and not just assembled in UK from parts out of China!

Great Products

Great Products! Go to place, for all things wheelbarrows. Only remark would be that the nuts should be locking nuts as we find that they always undo and consequently fall off in the most inconvenient times.
