Jaye who first took my call and Juan, the manager were both very helpful. Juan patiently guided me in deciding what to buy and was able to expedite the order so we could have the new all terrain tires, tubes, axles and spacers before leaving for a camp next week. He also helped with determining a proper axle length since the new tire is wider than standard wheelchair tires. Both warned about the rear wheels being higher and in order to avoid a forward tilt that the casters may need to be raised. I am impressed with their knowledge and their care for the customer. I highly recommend working with this company for their expertise and their excellent customer service.

I was in desperate need of wheels
I was in desperate need of wheels, one of my tires became flat & I could not get what I needed from anny shop. But Jose at Wheelchair Parts came to the rescue! Not only was he able to get me new tires & tubing set up. I have back up tubing now just in case my wheels get a flat. He was so kind, courteous, quick, & affordable. If you need wheelchair parts 10/10 recommend them!
