Ordered wheels, tyres, and a freewheel and they assembled all of them together before shipping. I wasn't expecting that at all! And they also added two spare spokes. Even my bike mechanic friends were surprised.

Very helpful for a heavy rider (130kg), not
many options out there for us bigger blokes so it was handy finding a company being very helpful.
I now have a bike with wheels that are designed to take the abuse the quality UK roads throw at them…!

I ordered a wheel which was delivered on time and works great. Seems to be well made.

Easy to find what I needed. Good value and easy to order wheels, discs, cassette etc all at once.

Wheels good quality and came quickly.

I experienced an issue with a tyre / wheel combination (my old tyres on new wheels from wheelhut). Wheelhut were very open and understanding with the issue. Alternatively tyres were fine on the new wheels so I didn't need to pursue the issue any further and could keep the wheels.

Quality of wheels appears to be good so happy with purchase. Hopefully they will provide a good service life. Communication for advice, queries etc is by email. Unfortunately no phone number provided to speak to someone to discuss product options or issues. Quick delivery.

The mtb wheel buckled after 2 light trail rides. This is not a product that seems safe to use - i'm not happy to send my son out on it. The company deleted my product review from their website, which is misleading to other customers. They seem to have sent me the same wheel again while claiming they sent a different stronger spec - are they intentionally lying here? They are fast to respond but we're going round in circles with them resisting making a refund.

The product seems strong and smooth running, took a Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyre without a fuss, and was a smart black. I'm hoping the high quality spokes reduce breakages. Discrete MS7 engraved logo on the hub.
