The 4 bin storage container arrived as advised. Once put together they looked very nice, my only slight negative is the slide locks on the front are not quite as sturdy as I imagined.

Excellent no more unsightly bins. Delivered within timescale. Took my husband a good few hours to assemble. Product as described. Had lots of positive comments from friends, would definitely recommend.

We bought the 2 bin + 2 box unit and wanted to share some things to watch out for to help others make an informed decision.

PRICING & PROMOTIONS:
The full retail price of this item has fluctuated by as much as £100 over the past few months, with sitewide discounts and gifts with purchase changing regularly. On 21 April 2025 the full price was £739.99, but with a 15% discount code able to applied. Today (28 May 2025) the same unit is listed at £639.99. These swings in pricing and promotion could leave you feeling like you've either got a great deal or paid too much, depending on timing. A bit more pricing stability could go a long way in helping customers feel less frustrated about their purchase.

DELIVERY EXPERIENCE:
Communication around delivery scheduling could be clearer. We were given an afternoon slot, which means you don't receive an SMS update until the afternoon. While this is technically a “same-day” SMS update, setting expectations more clearly would help reduce customer anxiety, especially for those needing to be home to receive the delivery and by 2pm are starting to worry.

PRODUCT BUILD & INSTRUCTIONS:
The product arrives flat-packed, but not in the IKEA sense of the word. The instructions are basic, and there are no pre-drilled holes or cut outs - it's more like the raw materials. We hired a carpenter to assemble it, and even he needed to make adjustments due to some misaligned components and inconsistencies in the materials. Some cost efficiencies, like only providing one hinge per box unit lid, drastically reduce the quality of the build. These corners being cut are disappointing, especially given the price point.

CUSTOMER CARE:
On a positive note, the customer service team has been excellent - responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. It is clearly a genuine company with a good team.

OVERALL IMPRESSION:
While the product does fill a niche in a limited market, the combination of volatile pricing, challenging assembly, and some build quality issues made this a less satisfying experience than we hoped. It's hard not to feel disappointed when pricing shifts so much and the quality doesn't quite meet expectations. The customer care team helped make the process smoother, but unfortunately, the product itself did not deliver the value we were looking for and so we grudgingly give it a lower review in the hopes this helps others manage their expectations.

I ordered a 3 bin wooden store. It was delivered within a couple of weeks on a wooden pallet snd wrapped up securely. Our joiner was able to make it up in a couple of hours and it looks great. Good quality. Would definitely recommend.

It fits the bill. But, to be honest, I was disappointed with the quality for the price paid. It could have been built with more care.

Quick helpful service. They answered my questions before I ordered in a clear way and the units were delivered quickly after order. One small part was missing when delivered but they quickly sent the parts without extra cost or fuss.

🤔The lids are heavier to lift than I realised.
The people who put it together for me said the instructions weren’t brilliant, and they found it difficult to align the top and bottom bolts on the doors, so it’s difficult to use both.
(Just one driver for a heavy item, and as a result of him having the wrong phone number for me (possibly my error?) it took a long time to find me and bring it from the van).

Outstanding product... the wood was strong but pliable and easy to work with during assembly, and the parts fit. Looks quite smart at the front of our house. Wouldn't be surprised if neighbours are envious!

We have had our bin storage for 2 years now, the wood is in good condition but the locks had to be moved twice as the door warped and you could not close it also the hinges just rusted through on one side but the company was very communicative and has kindly provided us with new bolts.

Good Company to deal with. Ordered on 14th Feb and delivered via Pallet on 26th Feb. The product is well made and easy enough to construct and handle ( The Pallet weighed more than the bin!)
The one problem I had was nothing to do with the manufacture. We had the drive relaid recently and an area was identified for the Bin Storage. The drive had a slope built in and the Wheelie bin storage box must be on a level surface! After the third day working on ‘adjustments’ a neighbour asked if the bin storage was very complicated to put together! No fault of the product. I read a review where the weight of the lids impacted on his Wife using the facility. I would echo that - I believe he was investigating gas struts. The bins used by my Local Council do not have external handles but are more finger mouldings in the lids so the chain system doesn’t really work, running the chains under the lids hinder the lid closing completely
