Do not live up to their guarantees regarding service and quality
We have ordered a wheel of fortune with wheelproduction.eu (Flairink) and ran into three issues:
1. Delivery: we experienced a huge delay. When we didn't receive the wheel after a couple of weeks, we reached out. It appeared to be stuck in a parcel center. They resolved it eventually, but this also took longer than anticipated.
2. Damage: when it finally arrived, the front sticker had a rip and the tripod had some dents. Curiously, these were production malfunctions and not caused in transportation. It seems like they just hoped we wouldn't notice and couldn't be bothered to fix their errors straight away. Because of the 3 to 4 week delay there was no time left to get this resolved before our event.
3. Communication and compensation: although the communication concerning the delay was quite smooth, the request for compensation was largely ignored. The website guarantees both quality and promptness, but sadly the company does not follow up on these promises. A series of emails remained unanswered and no compensation was given on our 360 Euro purchase despite several requests to make up for the damages.
Conclusion:
We have done business with this company on several occasions. Their products are pretty solid, but the quality varies, delivery can cause issues and their communication can be quite flaky. Of course mistakes can happen, but it's all about how you resolve them. We won't return for new orders.
