Was all good up to here. They didn’t attempt my direct debit and sent me the wrong payment schedule so everything messed up. The thing that made this worse was the rude manager I spoke to ‘Collette’ she was so arrogant I’ve never experienced customer service like it! Completely ignoring my argument and telling me she will get my contract terminated after I’ve paid almost £500 upfront for delivery and my first month? Starting to really regret this decision

5 star great service from start to finish. Marcus was fantastic making the whole process run smooth and always on hand with updates and to answer any questions.
