I am a retired disabled man and I am a sim driver. I had a sim rig from wheel stand racing but I had just upgraded my ‘set up’ to a direct drive wheel & pedal set. Unfortunately, my rig wasn’t quite good enough to handle this. I emailed Dan/Jo at WSR to ask if there were any modifications I could do to strengthen my rig but unfortunately there wasn’t BUT…. I they told me that they were about to launch a brand new Pro rig that would ideally suit my needs. So we discussed this via email and I accepted an excellent offer from Dan. I think I was the first in the country to have mine delivered back at the end of July 24’ and it continues to serve me very well indeed. An excellent STURDY rig with absolutely zero flex whilst in use. I must say that Wheel stand racing have been brilliant in keeping me updated about delivery times and assembly of the rig was relatively easy (even though I am disabled).!
Thanks Dan & Jo. My racing is getting better and my lap times continue to improve.
P.S. unlike the more expensive rigs, wheel stand racing’s PRO rig comes complete with a comfortable bucket seat!!

THE ULTIMATE RACING COCKPIT

The first thing I noticed was how well it was packed, it all arrived in just one large box. It arrived within 4 days of ordering, so certainly no issues there. It came with the moniter stand included, one would normally pay at least £150 in adition to the cockpit. I thought I was getting an entry level cockpit, but unless my money was burning a hole in my pocket, I would be very happy with this cockpit for years to come. Contary to what the website tells yoiu, I was able to bolt down my wheel and pedals. I would recommend this cockpit to anybody.

Bought a wheel stand in January. Only ever used it for my wheel to sit on. Probably had no more than 20hours of use and it broke. The metal sheered through the piping. Obviously a poor design or poor materials. Absolutely not recommended.

Exceptionally well priced seat and rig, comes complete with integrated monitor / TV stand, it’s sturdy and high quality. Their customer service is top notch, and I can’t recommended them enough if you’re looking for an entry level sim rig that supports the most popular wheel, gear and pedal models.

I ordered the ultimate racing cockpit on the 8th October it arrived yesterday the 11th October. I emailed the company just to check on delivery times and had response within an hour with delivery date and order number.
I am really pleased with my purchase it is really well built and so sturdy I would recommend this to everyone wanting to get into sim racing
