SCAM. Try if you want. They will create a contract and have you sign and then breach the contract by charging you triple the cost of the original deal. Then when you inform them of the breach and how this is not what was agreed upon, they threaten you with their “lawyers”. No credibility and are not on the Better Business Bureau, however it is still possible to leave a review which I will. They stole my $100 deposit and claimed that it was because we cancelled when they failed to complete the pick up and then claimed the pricing had gone up 3X. Insane bait and switch. Please read these reviews before booking.

I ask to transport my vehicle, I get getting excuses such as looking for a driver that’s available then they had one but couldn’t pick up till the next day then the next day I got so frustrated that I just cancelled the order. Then they wouldn’t return my deposit saying they don’t have it in which they clearly do because I have an email from them. Then wanted to charge me 100 for the cancellation. This customer service and company is a red flag stay away

Bait and switch operation. Do not ever use these guys.
Quoted price and collected $100 deposit. No driver showed, second driver suddenly had a pickup 600 miles away, third driver will do it for over double the contracted price and they needed to know right now as driver is waiting.

Said signed contract was just an estimate and no where does it state this on the actual contract.

They had numerous departments call me all trying to get me to agree on higher price.

Then they would not refund the $100 deposit…I disputed them and they threatened legal action…but they have nothing to stand on all a scare tactic.

Bottom line never, ever use them.

Zero stars… they are scammers.

Will not refund my deposit after they breached contract by not picking up car on date specified. Another scam transport bait and switch company. Be aware. Steer clear.

I needed a car shipped to Denver at the last minute. Wheels Transportation gave me a no BS quote and stood by it. No extra fees charges or surprises. They even updated their contract to accommodate me. The car was delivered to Denver with no issues in less than 24 hours after the contract was signed.

The driver, Rene was helpful and kind.
