I took my chance and ordered, and at the same time send a few clarifying questions about the products. I quickly received a precise and informative answer, the products was shipped and received very fast as well. Afterwards I had another question, which again was quicly replied and even with the information, that a video about my question was to be released soon. A very positive experience.
