Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel the policy was not explained clearly.
We understand from your recent conversations with our team that your concerns relate to the differences between your previous WPA policy and the new Bupa policy, particularly around how premiums are calculated. We appreciate that this can feel confusing, especially when switching insurers.
As part of our process, the key features of the Bupa policy — including how no claims discount works — were outlined during your discussions with our adviser and also within the documentation provided to you ahead of your decision to proceed. We also covered these points during the compliance call to ensure everything was clear before the policy was set up.
That said, we recognise that this is an important decision and that hearing new information after the fact can understandably cause concern. We’re more than happy to go through the details again with you and help you compare both options so you can feel confident in whichever route you choose.
