Great communication!!

Brilliant product, great service!

My 6week old loves the wonders of the sea water mat , it’s an amazing product 5*

I have not received my item after a month despite paying £4 postage.

When I tried to email customer services, the email pinged back to say that email was not in use. I emailed another email address and a week later, I am still waiting for a reply!

Awful experience and I feel robbed of my money!

Thank you so much! My order arrived really quickly and was so beautifully packaged. My little one absolutely loves his sensory book and I can't wait to introduce him to the water mat, too.

Shipping was a bit delayed and I didn’t receive any update emails until the item was shipped that I thought it was a scam at one point. Once the water mat arrived, it was an instant hit with my little one and it has been keeping him entertained. That said, maintenance could be an issue (although the instructions attached are very detailed and thorough, which helped). When the internal (water-filled) space needs some cleaning (due to residue buildup from water), you follow the instructions and cleaning is no problem. However, drying the internal surface is almost impossible despite the valve being relatively wide which allows air to get in easily. With the little floating pieces inside, stuck together and impossible to get completely dry, I could foresee mold issues. Beautiful product, but needing so much work to keep it clean and mold-free, not sure if I would recommend the product.

Easy to use website and lovely playmat.Free delivery always grabs my attention although not being able to track (that’s the trade off for free delivery) might be problematic neater to Xmas.
