Whimstay was so easy to use. Type in how many guest and where you want to go. You get a nice long list of options. Prices are good.
We have been going to the same event for 15 years. This year I decided I was tired of hotels. Whimstay popped up so I decided to try it. I am so glad we did!! Best decision ever!

They saved us a couple hundred dollars and communicated well. At first we thought it was a scam site, cause of the money we saved, but its not. I would definitely use Whimstay again in the future.

I was looking forward to the stay I booked with Whimstay, but ran into a problem with the dates that were somehow accidentally booked being wrong. At first, the customer service team told me there was nothing they could do and I was essentially out of luck. However, team lead, Daniel, was very apologetic and said that what they told me was not their policy. He was extremely kind and helpful in making the situation right. He saved my bacon because otherwise I would have been out almost $900! Thank you, Daniel!

Location of the condo was awesome. if you like a hotel atmosphere, this place is for you. The place for me was a little confiding for I like more space. Having a pool there was nice for after the beach.

Loved our stay! Communication was great and very easy to understand how to access apartment and the rules. Very fast response when we had questions. Such a comfortable space with so much room to spread out with a great space to hang out together as well. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again.

Had the pleasure of working with Deja on a host issue. The communication from Whimstay is unrivaled and very professional. Chose whimstay over companies due to the pricing, it was by far cheapest and will gladly use them in the future.

good deals, easy to use

Nice secluded cabin exactly what we were looking for. Early entry was appreciated, the only negative is this cabin could really use some updated furniture. It was not comfortable (the Futon) to sit on. I would have put the wicker furniture in the home and smaller outdoor furniture on the deck. Just me, I am always decorating at places we stay with my mind.

We rented an apartment in Detroit for a weekend. The location was perfect!

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely mountain condo! The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the cozy living area with a fireplace and smart TV was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and the private balcony with beautiful wooded views.
The setting was quiet and serene, with easy parking and a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home base in Gatlinburg. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing place! Super clean and great location

I booked through Whimstays and was a little bit hesitant about it. However Deja from their support, was super supportive of the whole process and quelled all of my doubts. Even before I booked she was answering as much questions as she could and was extremely responsive. However, there was an issue on the host side so the booking never went fully through. They gave me a full refund and was extremely friendly, and apologetic during the entire process even though it wasn't their fault.
