Great fit love it

Really good quality perfect fit look fantastic impressive

I was taken in by their glossy advertising on Facebook. AI generated videos of high tech machines, making premium leather, custom fitted car mats by Italian artisans. The mats turned up wrinkled beyond reason because they wrap them up so tightly in cheap packaging. They aren’t leather, just cheap plastic tat. They didn’t fit. They blamed me saying I hadn’t fitted them properly. After several emails and photos they finally agreed they didn’t fit. I asked for a refund. They sent another set of mats that didn’t fit. Again I asked for a refund and they offered me £17 as a partial refund as they didn’t agree there was anything wrong with them. I’m going through the bank for a charge back. Steer well clear of this company.

Avoid at all cost they turned up 3 weeks later and never fitted and they refused me a refund and sent me more mate and they took 4 weeks to come and guess what they didn’t fit either and now I have been ghosted

I ordered a full set of front and rear mats to protect my new 2026 model A6 Audi. The front mats fitted but the rear mat was way far too big. Whipmats acknowledged the problem and agreed to send new rear mat.
Eventually after a long protracted process the replacement mat arrived. Unfortunately they were front mats not the rear mat which was the problem. My advice is do not use this company, they don’t have a clue!

I ordered one set of covers for my car and my cart had already 1x set already there.
So out of office hours i sent them an email saying that im sorry ive ordered two sets instead of one and could you re-embuse me and only 3 mintes after finding the mistake , a very simple request i thought.
Only to be told that thenorder had already been made and that i had to accept the fault was mine.
How could a whole set of car covers be made twice within 3 minutes is a fairy tale.
These people want your money and dont care that you have to store something you didnt want in the first place. What am i to do, just go out and buy another car of the same year and model
Trading Standards need a nudge.

Poor quality matts,poor fitment no communication.
No landline number and the mobile number is constantly on voice message.Save your money these are a waste off time.Im trying to return these for a refund but no reply.

Ordered a set of mats for my A6.When they arrived they did not fit so got in touch with customer services.Spoke to a lovely lady called Olivia who was extremely helpful.A new set of mats were promised along with an apology as the first set did not fit.Second set have arrived and are perfect.
Cannot fault my experience that went form a negative to a massive positive.Based on the 2nd set I would definitely buy from Whipmats again.

Easy ordering and fast delivery were great but the real bonus was just how dimple these were to fit. I am very happy with my mats and I will buy again from Whipmats.

Like the quality of the product. But the fit is not what I thought it would be. I asked a question about the fit and what the extra long piece was for and had a fairly rubbish reply

The mats are brilliant, very well fitting and look really good. Very smart and I love the look as I went for the black with purple.
They are very well made and ideal for the car.

The ordering process was nice and simple with plenty of choices on the colours and style.
But institutional is difficult as the manual given doesn't cover each step.

The car mats look good and they are very easy to keep clean.
Only downside for me was the long wait but they were worth waiting for.
