Highly recommended never using this company. Purchased a whirlpool pump as mine was faulty. Called technical for help, turns out I had a massive wiring issue at home so requested to return the pump under 14 days consumer rights, point blank refused and still answering my calls and emails. Unhelpful and apparently don't have to following trading standards, reported to trading standards with all my evidence
