Cancelled Last Minute, Refused to Rebook and Treated Appallingly
**Very disappointing and unprofessional service experience.**
I booked my caravan in **months in advance**, in early February, for a service on **8 April**. With less than **48 hours’ notice**, the booking was cancelled.
At the time, I was told it would be rebooked in **3 to 4 weeks**. But when I later called to arrange this, I was then told they were **too busy** and would **not rebook it at all**.
That was bad enough, but when I explained that the cancellation had caused me **time, travel and inconvenience**, because we had already brought the caravan down, I was told that **“it didn’t cost me anything.”** When I challenged that, the call was simply **ended**.
This is not how customers should be treated.
A service booking made months ahead should be honoured, or at the very least handled with honesty, respect and professionalism when problems arise. Instead, I experienced:
- **last-minute cancellation**
- **conflicting information**
- **refusal to rebook**
- **dismissive customer service**
- being **hung up on**
I am also still waiting for proper confirmation that the **warranty parts they 'claimed' had been ordered have actually been ordered**.
Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be **very cautious** about trusting this service operation. The aftercare and customer handling were deeply disappointing.
**Customers deserve better.**
