Perfectly good product, works absolutely fine when set up properly. Seems to be of good quality. Got some wight to it. Took a few weeks to turn up as it was coming from China to the UK. Everything is from China these days so I'm not sure why other reviewers are using this as a complaint.

Have never ordered from this company but they keep sending unsolicited parcels of useless poor quality chinese hairdressing charms.

If there was 0 rating I would have left that! Definitely stay away from this company, terrible service, product not working and not fit for purposes. Would not recommend at all

Their page embossing product does not do what it claims to do aka. emboss pages. I tried it on different types of pages and while applying different amounts of pressure- the embosser either cuts the paper or doesn't make enough of an emboss. I believe this is why they provide you with 'free' gold stickers to emboss upon (so that you don't go cutting up all your beautiful book pages when trying to emboss them). I contacted the company multiple times via email to explain the fault and ask for a replacement or a refund, and was continually asked for more photos and descriptions, or ignored. I have given up, so all I have left is to write this review. As an avid book reader, I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it is faulty in its design and the company refuses to acknowledge this, which is super disappointing.

Definitely stay away from this company, horrific service and product is cheap and from China! Total scam!

This is a scam. I bought 2 products 5 weeks ago, took my money immediately, and will not investigate what the fate of my purchases is. I have received nothing and no satisfactory response from their 'customer service'. My next move is to lodge a complaint with the ACCC to have them issue a consumer warning.

This is a scam. They took money out of my account and have sent me dozens of marketing emails, but I never received any email confirmation or tracking information. I have gotten zero response from their customer service, and there is no phone number to call, just their contact us page. I don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews.

Horrible customer service! Don’t waste your time with this company. Upon checkout they try to add many additional items to your cart disguising the buttons. If you accidentally click any your credit card will be charged a second time. DO NOT support this business!

I read the reviews before I ordered and they were all so positive. I've now been waiting for 14 days and have been assured by customer services that it is on it's way. The reviews from the last week are now all saying they haven't arrived. I feel like I have been scammed even though it all looks so legitimate. I am so disappointed that it won't be here for my daughter's birthday.

INSANE!!!! This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can’t even get a response and have sent 5 emails! No phone # to call, what a bunch of scum bags… I have made x2 orders for a Christmas gifts and that was back on 12/9… not able to track the package still showing that it hasn’t even shipped. I have contacted them the past few days via email because that’s the only way I can find to contact them and I have gotten absolutely no response.

Ordered a personalised embosser.
Took a few weeks to get here, but it did say that when I ordered it, so I was expecting that and didn’t mind.
Absolutely lovely! Would definitely buy from this company again.

So satisfied with the Library Embosser ,case and the free gold seals ! They gave me almost half price,plus free shipping. They sent another offer of another embosser for half off! Which I brought both of them!
