The wooden wall clothes hanger, looked gorgeous and described as quality.. arrived PART RAW WOOD exposed!!!! I would NOT recommend this company at all! WHY would you pay $140 for a hunk of wood you can't use because it isn't completely finished.
Their contact they listed is disconnected. The email I sent to ask what they will do about this bounced back as not a valid email address. (Trust pilot doesn't allow me to post the incorrect address given.)

I have ordered a Natural Wood Wall-Mounted Hanger in the colour Beech from this website. The colour is completely different from the photos on the website; it is SO MUCH MORE orange-toned than the photos show. They don't accept returns, but I'm very dissatisfied with my product, so I tried to get in touch with customer service. They don't respond to my e-mail, so I tried leaving a 1-star review on their website, which they don't allow me to do. After that, I tried leaving a 5-star review with the same text I used for the 1-star review, explaining that I was not at all satisfied with my product. They immediately removed this review. Unbelievable. I would definitely NOT order from them - the products aren't as the photos show, but what's far worse is that their customer service is basically nonexistent, and they try to hide any negative reviews or dissatisfied customers.
