What a hopeless company when ordering on line. I placed an order at the start of this month for x3 items and only one arrived. When I eventually got a response from customer services I was told that their records suggest that all three of the items had been sent out. After ‘investigations’ I was refunded for the outstanding amounts and given a code for next day delivery ie if I wanted to reorder the items. Sadly by this stage one of the items was no longer available. Stupidly I placed a further order and yet again, only one of the items arrived. Same response, Whistles system recorded that both items had been sent out…now refunded and yet again free next day delivery code. Am I likely to complete this game all over again? No way! I haven’t got time to keep ordering from such a disorganised company.

Appalling. I ordered a pair of trainers on Friday 13th Feb with delivery due Wednesday 18 - Friday 20th Feb. With no dispatch email received on the Thursday 19th Feb i made contact - only to be told there was a stock issue (would have been nice if they’d informed me first before I made contact) and they’d arrive the following week. I said that was too late and to cancel - i was told that i need to wait for dispatch so they can do a return to sender and issue a refund.
I contacted them a second time on Tuesday 24th Feb to say i cannot continue to wait with no update on dispatch when my money was taken on 16th Feb. The online chat agent (Emily) was of no use, saying again they can’t refund till dispatched and returned back to themselves and i asked again when they’d be dispatched - with a reply given of wait another 48hrs! So i continue to wait while they can’t fulfil orders and have had my money since 16th Feb.
I also selected to email a copy of the chat to myself - and those chats conveniently expire so you have no record of the chat.
I have today issued a dispute and chargeback request via my credit card provider. Truly appalling and i would never ever shop at Whistles and advise anyone else the same.
How lovely to shop in person in Bath. We were given just the right amount of space and support as we tried things on. I am delighted with my purchases too!

I found a blouse I liked but my size was not available on the rack. However, one of the staff kindly offered to check the stock room, found my size which fitted perfectly. Job done!

Bght the cream cotton cardigan (£99) from your London Bridge store and even though I love it, I was upset to see it was in the sale on line (the assistant was very charming and she saw I was a regular Whistles customer, however she must have known about the sale and perhaps only charge me the same price)

The staff were all very kind, helpful and patient. I was jeans shopping (always tricky!) and I tried on several different styles and sizes and they were happy to answer my questions and get alternative sizes for me. I also really appreciate that the Guildford store has a decent petite section as often petite sizes are online only and you have to try on regular sizes to get an idea of things, which isn’t always ideal as the proportions are often different. I left with a lovely pair of jeans that I’m very happy with.

I went into the St Pancreas store in fur lined anorak (I’m from the North!) and left with the most fab outfit worthy of an older rock chick! Skirt, top, belt and boots. Thank you to the wonderful and realistic assistants, you really know how to style.
