Swimsuit purchase
I ordered two swimsuits, unaware that items were stored and shipped from a supplier in China. My items were held up in customs - as others have commented. Once received one of the swimsuits was obviously not new as plastic bag crumpled and hygiene protector was stuck to outside of bag. They would not refund stating that their return policy stated no refund on swimsuits. When I looked at their refund policy this is stated - unsure when it was added as in the Terms and Conditions this is not stated. A replacement article of equivalent price was offered if I paid the $25 postage. This does not equate to a refund and I do not have any trust in the company. They are basically stating that it is my responsibility that receiving a swimsuit that is obviously 'not new' and hygiene breached is my responsibility. The company should not advertise so widely on their site that there is a 100% money back guarantee. Perhaps for items excluded from refund customers should mark that they are aware of this before sale finalised.
