Unseriös - Keine Vorkasse leisten!
Im Online-Shop bestellte und per Vorkasse bezahlte Ware ("Treppenhandlauf") wurde nicht geliefert. Am Telefon wurde ich über Wochen immer wieder vertröstet ("Die Ware ist am Lager, geht kurzfristig raus."). Auf E-Mails erfolgte generell keinerlei Reaktion. Am Ende habe ich zum Glück über den PayPal-Käuferschutz wenigstens das Geld zurückerhalten.

Vorsicht, lässt Betrug vermuten
Wir haben bei der Firma einen Wärmetauscher am 28.08.22 bestellt und weder die Ware noch eine Antwort erhalten. Zu erreichen sind Sie auch nicht. Wir müssen Sie dann wohl als Betrüger einstufen und weitere Schritte unternehmen. MfG
