I feel ashamed that I had to give this AWFUL company even a star on this rating! Never in my life, have I dealt with such a dishonest company. We are in a dispute with them over a 'cash call' that they made up to try and get money from us leaseholders. They DELIBERATELY gave their solicitors an old address (an address I used to live in 3 years ago!) So that important court papers were sent out to the wrong address. I therefore never received anything (even though the first letter was sent correctly). They deliberately lied and tried to trick us. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

All the team were friendly courteous and professional. My property was presented to the market with professional images and all viewings were escorted by a member of staff and regular feedback offered. A satisfactory sale was arranged within a relatively short space of time.

While and Sons were really professional at all times and made selling my flat stress free.
I give them 10 out of 10 for service.

White and Sons took over the block management of our block of flats a year ago. We have found Debbie and Jamie to be professional and approachable. They are happy to discuss any concerns we have and are currently assisting us with major renovation work and we have every confidence in them.

Had an excellent experience buying through White & Sons with special mention to Cedric for going above and beyond with regular comms to keep momentum with solicitors. If we were selling, they would be our first choice. From viewing to completion the process was professional and efficient. Thank you again :)

We are extremely happy with the service that was provided by the Leatherhead team. We met Cédric a year prior to selling our property and when we made the decision to proceed, we knew that his team would be the best fit for us as he stood out from all the other agents we met. Cédric took the time to discuss our needs, offer advice and was always there to answer any questions and sort out any issues we had. Jack and Jago took the time to come and visit our property so they could provide a top service - and they did. Jack found a buyer for our property within a couple of weeks and like Cédric he was friendly, honest and helpful. I would strongly recommend anyone selling their property to consider White & Sons in Leatherhead if you want a team that are honest and support you throughout.

Lisa managed to arrange 2 back-to-back viewings shortly after a call to understand my family's accommodation needs and wishes. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, also very well-prepared before meeting us and I like the way she can honestly describe and explain the pro and cons of each property. Though there're questions she might not be able to answer instantly during the viewing, she did follow up with the office and we were able to get the info pretty quickly to assist our decision-making process. It was a very enjoyable experience, thank you Lisa!

I would like to thank Alex and his team in the Planning office in Oxted. They have won a 4 year planning change of commercial use. It went to the National inspectorate. Alex was so calm, professional and experienced . Never flustered despite many underhand actions against us. I will definately use White and Sons should the need arise in the future.

From the outset the team at White and Sons Horley were faultless. They understood our selling requirements and were proactive in arranging several viewings within a few days of our house going live. The communication throughout was excellent including concise feedback on each viewing.
Within a week of the house being listed they achieved above asking price.

Found White & Sons very helpful! Was easy to get in contact with Ed when I needed and he was always quick to find out info if needed.

Highly recommend! The team at White & Sons Leatherhead have been fantastic from the very beginning. We had Jack and Cedric working closely on our case and they have been so helpful every step of the way. As first time buyers this experience was new to us and very nerve racking. Selling my mother's house as an attorney proved more problematic than I expected through the solicitors; however, White and Sons in Horley were very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process including arranging for the sale of furniture to the buyer thereby removing the responsibility of disposing myself.
Overall, very satisfied.

Thanks to Jack harrison for helping with my move. He went above & beyond what I expected, constantly keeping me up to date he was very pleasant to deal with & always available to answer any questions I had & we were in regular contact throughout. He did so much more than my solicitor did & can not thank him enough. I would recommend white & sons to anyone moving in or to the leatherhead area. Many thanks Jack nice to know there are very decent people still left in this world!

We originally bought our house some years ago through White & Sons and were so impressed that we chose them to market and sell our property when we decided to move on.

They are a traditional company with strong values for customer service - every single member of the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. From the initial valuation discussion through to completion, there was regular and concise communication and a proactivity and determination to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion, all at a competitive fee rate.

The chain below our buyer proved to be particularly problematic and a special mention must go to Lloyd Wilkinson who literally went above and beyond for as long as it took to drive the final outcome. He's charismatic and focussed, a consumate professional and his approach was perfect. Thank you!

I can't recommend White & Sons highly enough.

The whole experience of buying our first home was made so much easier by the very friendly and helpful staff at the leatherhead office, especially Jack and Cedric.

The team were great at keeping us in the loop throughout relevant stages of the sale. They ensured that towards the end of the sale solicitors were chased and enquiries were replied to. The communication has been good and we did not experience any issues with the estate agents.
