Always recommed to use Whiteaway if purchasing white home appliances. Good service. Nice discounts . Worthy and reliable delivery prices compared to others. We paid only 249kr to have our appliance delivered upstaires on 2nd floor upto our kitchen. It was very helpful and so worthy. If it was another we would have to pay more than 800kr for the same service.

Placed an order first of December for a…
Placed an order first of December for a washer and dryer, in stock and delivery in a week. However it quickly got postponed to end of December, without any communication they moved the delivery back again to January. Just today we get another email changing our order date and the delivery date to March! Extremely bad customer service, no thought about any solutions from them either. Stay away.

Unfortunately, this has since been postponed several times by the manufacturer, which is something we regrettably have no control over. We know this is disappointing, especially when the delivery keeps being pushed back.

Refused Legitimate Cancellation – Avoid
Placed an order late at night and canceled it just 20 minutes later. Also followed up with a phone call first thing in the morning. Despite this, they refused to cancel or refund me, even though it’s clearly within my rights under EU law. Now I’ve had to dispute it with my bank. Terrible customer service and disregard for consumer protection.
I am waiting for a positive resolution of this matter to edit my review accordingly.

Good and constructive service following damaged delivery
Bought a fridge on sale online with a slightly delayed delivery date. On the delivery date, we were notified, that the fridge had been damaged and therefore could not be delivered. I was called by Whiteaway to find a solution. Because the model we ordered was now out of stock, we were offered an even better fridge (more expensive as well), which also met our needs, at the same price as the damaged one. This was delivered 4 days later.
