Great customer service. I had some problems with my new bosch fridge that I bought from whiteaway. I was very much in panic and discomfort as all the food was spoiling. Bosch was absolutely irresponsible. Emil k. from whiteaway handled the situation professionally. He explained to me how is the process and whats gonna happen step by step. He called bosch himself several times. At the end he solved the case with no help from bosch. I could see that he could empathize with the urgency of the situation and he solved it as fast as he can.
Ordered an ice cream machine with Black Friday, which showed as on stock at that moment.
After I received the order confirmation, the same evening I received 2 more confirmations telling the delivery would be delayed first 16 dec, then 20 dec.
Ok, still before Christmas.
The promised delivery date arrived, but no ice cream maker.
Contacted Whiteaway on dec 20 and they told me that they have no clue when it will arrive. I just had to wait.
22 dec contacted them again, they still had no clue when it would arrive. Requested alternative. They sent me an offer for an other ice cream maker, which was 500kr off the original price, but more expensive than my original order with Black Friday Deal. That same machine was way cheaper at Skousen. So I declined, that was not a good offer at all. Also, a few days later, the machine was on sale for an even lower price on whiteaway, even cheaper than the offer they made me!
Still has that new price now (500kr cheaper than the offer was!). Good I declined that "offer".
Contacted them again same day for an other compensation. They offered to refund 300kr for the inconvenience once I received the ice cream machine, but they still had no idea when it would come.
Called them on January 5, to ask where my order was. Still no idea when they would get the machine.
So I asked for another solution, maybe an upgrade of the machine I ordered, but for the price I got for the machine with the Black Friday deal.
The supporter was immediately all for it, great! He even said he would get the delivery department on it and sent a confirmation on mail to me (basically only confirming the agreement, no order confirmation or anything) and he also said to me that the machine would be delivered the week after, so between 6 and 12 January.
8 January: no confirmation or tracking code. Contacted chat. Supporter said it looked a little weird in the system, apparently something written by a colleague, but supporter was not willing to tell me what exactly it was and if my machine was going to be sent!
The only thing the supporter could say was: I am not involved in the case, I will send the order number to my colleague and he will contact you tomorrow.
The supporter could also not tell me why the case was not taken up yet and was not willing to take the case up themselves as he was not involved in the case.
After this I got ignored for 16 minutes. And eventually they just closed the chat without any answer or goodbye.
I am not satisfied with the way things are handled and wish a good and quick delivery of the promised ice cream maker (the upgraded one).
Can someone please fix this? I feel played with.
Update a few hours later: called whiteaway and cancelled the order. I’m done with this, ordering elsewhere and staying away from Whiteaway!
That they could do immediately without issues or questions, I should receive a confirmation within an hour…let’s see.
update Jan 9: still no confirmation, mailed them yesterday evening 21:10 and got a reply today 10:33 telling they can not send a confirmation but will not send the icecream maker. No official cancellation mail, no apologies, nothing.
Just hope it is done now and that they will not send anything anymore. I am not paying for it. I am done with this company.

An absolute CRAP experience. We ordered a replace for our built-in fridge, but upon delivery - we were told the sizing was wrong. This information was not available online, and they even agreed that it was poor and waived the return fee. They then suggested another fridge - but they couldn't fit it correctly, so we had to adjust it ourselves despite paying for installation. Due to all this hassle, we decide to opt for a freestanding fridge. We called on a Friday to have this changed where it states that their customer service is open until 9 p.m. We call at 6:30 p.m. where he could not change the order or cancel it - thereafter, he also stated that the delivery was set for Tuesday not Monday as agreed upon. We couldn't do anything over the weekend - so we had to wait until Monday. Monday at 7:15 am the delivery calls and says they are on the way, despite in the system saying it was coming on Tuesday. We asked them not to come, as it was the fridge we were trying to cancel. We called promptly at 8 a.m. to cancel the order, they agreed it was weird and refunded us 500 DKK. FINALLY on Tuesday, we got the correct fridge. It is now Friday (3 days later), and the freezer has stopped working. They sent us to a crappy Siemens technician with 1 week waiting time on service, which means all our food in the freezer is getting ruined in the meantime (plus we won't even be home because we are going on vacation). They have offered no compensation or a way to solve the issue immediately. How can they expect people to go a week with out a fridge/freezer? In addition, this is a BRAND NEW ITEM. Why does it not work? They should pick it up, and give us a new item. Lastly, we are going on vacation next week - so the timing is absolute crap. Whiteaway is ABSOLUTE USELESS. I do not recommend them at all.
We have recently bought a new built-in fridge through whiteaway. After ordering the fridge online, we were contacted within 10 minutes by the company to offer us 'a better deal', a better product for the same money. The question why was answered by saying that there is a promotion action from the producer. It seemed as a good deal.
We also ordered installation and discarding of the old, non-functioning fridge. The fridge was delivered within 5 days. The driver of the car took the fridge to our carport and unpacked it. Only after that he told us that he can certainly not bring the fridge in and install it, as he is alone. He suggested, it was our mistake. We immediately called the whiteaway customer service, who told us that the driver indeed cannot do it alone. There was no apology. They suggested that the driver comes back with a colleague in 2 days! to install the fridge. Both the customer service and the driver suggested to leave the unpacked product standing in our carport until then. We disagreed. The fridge was therefore driven away, unboxed, unprotected.
After two days, two people came to install the fridge. They were quick. When the fridge was firmly installed in our kitchen cupboard, they said that there is problem with opening the door, as the pressure in the fridge seems too big. They suggested to wait some days and eventually called the customer service. After they left, we noticed that the installation was not done properly, leaving a gap of almost 1 cm between the door of the fridge and the cupboard.
We called again the customer service and were told that now the service will need to come to assess whether we should have a new fridge or the new fridge can be repaired! The connected us to the service, where we were told to wait 4 weeks whether the pressure will ease. We pointed out that our right to return the product without reason runs out within 2 weeks. They said they understand, but there is nothing else to do.
So, we stayed with a new, wrongly installed fridge, on whose door we have broken our fingernails repeated times trying to open it.
Washing machine not working. Service enginers came out, did nothing, delegating to Electrolux. Were promised that you were coming back but didnt so we have had to chase people. After several calls we are told a service engineer can come in 2 weeks. Either he can fix or will say ee need a new machine and then wait another couple of weeks.
Extremely poor response. If there is a problem, then you take ownersjip and fix it.
Bought a grill and upon mounting, i saw the gas regulator was missing
I contacted the support, and the guy told me that o need to buy one, cause its not part of the deal. Went on website, i found the product that i bought and check the descriptio which says that the gas regulator is included.
Got angry and call again support, this time was a girl, that agreed that the gas reg was in the deal and told me what should i do next. For the girl 5 starts, for the boy 0 stars, for waiting new gas regulator and missed all the sunny days 1 star. 2 star average for the experience is too much.
PS: you should train your support better WHITEAWAY :(

If u need to lift the dryer on the washing machine u have to pay for extra 800kr
For one more staff, it’s not allow to do it with ur help.
Total shipment fee costs me around 2000kr for 3 products, because I don’t have trolley to move it from the road. Have no choice.

Really bad service! I had booked my morning to be free to receive a washing machine. Driver never tried to reach me or didn’t give much effort to do so… and drove back without delivering the product. Had to free me the next day to receive the delivery. Customer service didn’t care much about the challenge and was arrogant. Really bad.
