I ordered an integrated washing machine with installation. The machine arrived on time and is good. However, the installation failed despite paying for the advanced installation package (2999) instead of the standard one (1999). The installer was unable to connect the machine to the existing water supply. Now, the company is offering me a 700 gift card as compensation, but it’s not a proper installation or a refund.

Fast and good supports from Whiteaway. The fridge works well. A little bit delay in delivery but that is due to transportation company.

If there was a option then I would have rate them in negative. I strongly advise against shopping from Whiteaway. It has been a nightmare experience. Not only are their deliveries consistently late, but the products they deliver are often faulty or damaged. When you try to address these issues, their customer service is painfully slow to respond, taking months to do so. Unlike reputable stores, Whiteaway shows little regard for its customers. They simply blame the product companies and refuse to take responsibility or offer satisfactory resolutions. It’s been three months since I lodged a complaint, and the issue is still unresolved. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere where customer satisfaction is a priority.”

The delivery was booked 20 days before the delivery date. It was supposed to arrive on 19.12.
And still the delivery was late. We received the washing machine a day later, and the dryer is already 11 days late and still have not arrived. I did not get any information that there will be delay and I had to call many times to find out what is happening. I still do not know when I will receive the dryer.

Very happy… never used this website before. But they were the only one to have the vacuum cleaner I want… I took the chance because I paid with Klarna… and the package arrived fast and everything perfect! From now on I’ll check their website first.

I can't give 5 Star's just because of delivery company which works for whiteaway, I pay extra to get my item delivered on Monday, bit because of troubles with colly, after hours spended with their support I finnaly got it at Thursday

Ended up paying over 2000 NOK just to recieve and return an item

they made us wait 2 days at home for 8 hours and ended up not coming, didnt even give us a phone call that they weren't coming despite the delivery time was confirmed on email. the only good thing,they gave us free shipping and carry-in but it's not worth the time i wasted. i was on stand-by at home for 8 HOURS for two days to recieve the delivery.overall, the experience was unpleasant. I hope they will improve with their delivery service.

Unreliable delivery even when booked on a particular day, very inconvenient. Even worse when you have to pay for the delivery!

Whiteaway = Terrible service. I have placed an order more than 3 months ago, on February 14, 2023. Today is May 19! Never delivered! This concerns Bosch DWB67JP50 Serie 6. My recommendation is - never use this company!

Very tricky sales people. Despite buying multiple appliances I was told there was no way I could get any discount. So I stupidly paid full price. The next day I get an email saying I can get everything in my cart (I had a duplicate order sitting there by mistake) for 10% off. So it was easy for them to give a discount after all. Untrustworthy, not cool.

Fast delivery, good packaging, and great price. I had no issues to write about the customer service.
