Extremely Great Grievance Redressal Service.
Late night I found a descrepancy in my credit score form EXPERIAN, a 30 point drop. I was devastated by this sight. Through some referral network of my friend who already is a client of Whiteaxe Financial Consultants - i got in touch with them. They took apart the case quickly and built my Greivance Redressal Communication with relevant CIRCA & RBI Guidelines Supporting my claims and before 6:00 AM my Greivance Communication was issued to the Bank. Extremely satisfied with service and dedication of team Whiteaxe.

When i made a payment via Google Pay and it showed the amount debited from my bank statement and Google Pay showed transaction failed. I was devastated. And whiteaxe came to my rescue they did immediate statement review and started my grievance redressal process with my bank (SBI). My second experience with Whiteaxe
So basically I did not have a credit score, and wanted to start one and I did not have enough capital to set-aside for an fd backed Credit Card, Whiteaxe pulled through for me and facilitated secure a line of credit for starting an FD backed Credit Card at 0% interest, I enquired with them at 9 PM Feb 24th at night, and by 1 AM Feb 25th (just within 4 hours that too during non banking hours) they have helped me secure my line of credit and even helped me with the process of securing the Credit Card. Can't recommend them enough 5⭐s all the way.

I was threatened by Bajaj Collection Agents & Insurance agenta and Whiteaxe came to my rescue. After relentless compelling from bajaj telecallers & Insurance agents I decided to renew my families health insurance through them, but the shock came when I found out : they have marked it as a loan on my report. So I refused to pay , but it has already been 40+ days since the renewal so free look period was also gone. And I was being harassed by bajaj agents, then came Whiteaxe - within one day - A phone call to bajaj in my presence and a branch visit, the whole ordeal was finished and I did not pay a single rupee to Bajaj. I am extremely grateful for their service.

So I would like to thank them for providing me with valuable insights regarding my credit health. I had a credit score of 700+ but was still getting rejected for credit cards by banks. With their help, I have secured a proper credit line and boosted my credit score within just 2 months.
