Great communication and quick response time! Beautiful wares!

I needed a few items for my sink and the company went out of its way to help me. They took the time to ensure that I had the correct part - these were small inexpensive items but necessary for the installation.

I live in France, I've wanted a mini Belfast for years and searched for one seemingly endlessly, to no avail. Then I found Whitebirk. Not only were they offering the sink I wanted at an incredible price but they kindly agreed to get it delivered to me.

And it was no mean feat but in the end they triumphed. They repacked it, to enable the courier to take it and repacked it utterly perfectly. You could see the care and attention to detail.

The sink arrived quickly and undamaged, exactly what I'd been dreaming of and Whitebirk did all the heavy lifting.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the sink and with the exceptional service I received at every stage from this company.

I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them and I would certainly use them again. Whitebirk are a company that geninely gives that perfect customer satisfaction everybody's looking for.

I bought 2 sinks from Whitebirk, and am absolutely delighted with them, whilst still packed up and not installed, I checked them and the workmanship and finish is fantastic. We also had an issue with the delivery people and Whitebirk director even sent me an email and resolved the issue. A very hands on company and one that makes a beautiful product. Highly recommend.
