THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE- AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
The sizes are all over the place, the material is a shiny, thin polyester (NOT sweatshirts or sweaters as stated online) and the clothing smells awful. I reached out to Customer Service as only 2 of the 6 shirts I ordered fit. I said I would keep 2 shirts (not great but at least they fit) and the tote bag but wanted to return the other 4 shirts and get a refund. They were very difficult to work with- told me returns are very expensive & time consuming. They recommended I gift the items to friends or family and the best offer they gave me was a $5 refund. They would not even discuss a return. In addition, the order took over a month to be sent. I also found when I checked my credit card statement that I was charged an additional $29.... for "taxes". They did end up refunding this money when I called them on it. I contacted them multiple times regarding a refund for my order but got nowhere with them. I sincerely regret ever placing an order with them. The best I can do is warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did!

I have not received my order yet so I cannot say anything about quality or sizing. I reviewed the website prior to ordering and unfortunately I believed it when it said “US Made”. It is not. The order is coming on a slow boat from China. I checked PayPal and the payment went to China as well. Buyer beware. I will review the items once received.
Update: 1/10/24 still not received but the actual website no longer says US Made, the search results do say Made in USA.

Stay away from this company. I ordered something and never received it and they would not refund my money. Definitely a fraudulent company.

I wanted to update on this one. I just received notification this the package was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage. This vendor should be reported.

I received my shoes today and was very pleased. The pointed toe and the beautiful sparkle on the shoes makes it look very rich. This is one of the best purchases I have made all year. I plan to purchase this shoe in another color.

Just a little bigger than my usual size 7. Very comfortable. Played 2 hours no issues

November 3rd I placed an order. I get an email telling me to finish my order. I go back on and reorder, bc I thought the other timed out. HOwever, it did NOT. So now I have two orders. When I discovered it, I immediately messaged them through their link to Cancel my 2nd order. But NOPE they didn't and charged more than they were supposed to. Now, I am in the middle of trying to a refund for all of the items. I am in the process of communicating with PayPal as well. I hope they drop them as a customer due to so many issues like this. Here it is Dec 7th and haven't rec'd anything from them and probably won't.

This company is a full scam. Do not order. Waiting over a month for a sweatshirt that was supposedly US based. Shipping is from China through Europe and who knows. Although I paid whitecloths their customer service claims they are not the seller and I need to contact the real seller. They gave me some scam runaround link to inquire with the real seller. TOTAL BULLSH*T. I can't believe they haven't been locked up

Still waiting for 2 sweatshirts. These are NOT made in USA AS ADVERTISED. They are being shipped from China. Cannot say anything about the product as i have been waiting and waiting and not received.

The same wonderful Clarks support and comfort with a flower to disguise the adjustable portion. I need this in more colors!

BEWARE … This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT CONSIDER purchasing anything from Whitecloths. The quality is terrible. My order was incorrect. Yet I’m unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. Dealing with this company is a nightmare! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT consider buying anything from them. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I cannot believe I was so stupid as to not read the reviews about this fraudulent “company” before placing an order for six shirts.

After placing my order on Sept 18th, 2023 I was sent tracking info originating in Austria.🙄 I patiently waited for several weeks thinking that at least they were sending me the tracking info so this must be legit. Finally I received the information that it had reached Birmingham,
AL and had gotten through customs. I thought “any day now”. So here we are almost into December and I have only received one of the shirts (which was such poor quality it went straight into the rag bag). And the return address on the package was somewhere in Chicago that (after googling) is a fraudulent company as well. I filed a complaint with PayPal and have gotten nowhere. The red tape I would have to go thru to file a complaint is just not worth the headache. They are worthless.

This whole experience has reminded me to do my homework when placing orders through a “no-name” business who places ads on FB or Instagram. My experience leaves me less than a couple hundred dollars poorer but it taught me a lesson and I know it could have been worse.

After a month of shipping (the company said it was US based) we received our order. First the quality is AWFUL- what they call a sweatshirt is a thin, slick polyester material with a blury print of the picture that we saw on the website. One item that looked like a sweater was a blury picturre of a sweater on the same slick material. We got 2 of those instead of the cadigan (which likely wouldve been a bad print of a sweater), so the order was wrong. I wish I could post a picture, but the materials and sewing is terrible. I paid over $100 for items that I will give to charity...yes I will try to get customer service, but reading these other peoples reviews I don't have much hope.

Purchased 3 Sweatshirts. Received 3 light-weight, silky long-sleeved blouses - no care tag as to what type of material. I filed a dispute with PP and the seller offered a $3.00 discount on the $85.00 bill. I said no and was told I had to ship the items back for a full refund (cost of shipping $44.75 to CHINA). I called PP... now, I have my full refund and, if they want their weird so-call sweatshirts back, they have to send me a prepaid return mailing label.

Buyer Beware! Shipping tracking does not work. Discovered they overcharged me. Paypal is a joke when opening a dispute. Only after three order inquiries and 3 additional weeks did I receive shipment. Upon opening, found extremely low quality products. The shirt material was polyester and so uncomfortable I cannot wear them. I asked about returning and constantly given the run-around in broken English. They insist I keep the products and accept $5.00 for a $70 order. Don't waste your money or time.

My son loves these shoes! He wears them everyday to school. Although they are white, they are easy to clean whenever they get a little dirty!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! First of all, they are NOT based in the USA. I ordered 7 shirts but only 2 shirts arrived (crappy quality and not until a month later!). I have been trying to find out what happened to the other 5 for several weeks since then. Unfortunately, their online CS directs to email, email response directs back to CHAT which directs back to email and the only information they provide is the delivery confirmation for the first package and a promise that the other package (without a tracking number) IS coming. Fast forward 3 months before I demand a refund at which point they send me a snip of a clearly bogus delivery confirmation with a link that goes to 404 ERROR - site does not exist.

I originally made this order several months ago. When it came in, it was the wrong item. I understood mistakes happened and reached out to let them know. After some back and forth with a bit confusing conversations, they sent me the right sweatshirt and said I’d received new shipping info. I never received the correct shipping info but the item eventually arrive. Sadly, the print was off center and looked ridiculous to wear. I reached out to them again and let them know if the issue. They first thought I was saying the wrong thing was sent again and I explained that it was a misprint. Then they said it was an unavoidable mistake and just apologized. When I mentioned that I paid over $40 for the sweater they offered $3 for return. I said that wasn’t acceptable and I needed to return and full refund. They ignored my request and just said shipping for return may cost too much for me (but never say how much) and offered $3 again. I was getting pretty upset at this point and often was only receiving responses after I would have to reach out multiple times in a row. It’s been a couple months of this now and I’ve been passed around to “new” people about 3 times. The latest response was there was nothing they could do but offer $4 in return. I let them know that was unacceptable and have yet to receive a response. The sweater itself wasn’t really soft or as nice as it should have been for the price. I’ve been fairly lucky with online shopping but this has been the most frustrating and rude service I’ve had. It’s sad because I think many of the items on this site are cute. I just won’t be shopping here or suggest it to friends because I cannot trust the quality or the service.
