Very bad experience. Before payment commited 156 classes and then cheated and shown only 135 classes on dashboard

My child is loving it. Expecting more from this course.

Most unprofessional organisation with no integrity. Tampered with student data and then forced to enrol for the course blackmailing the parents to devoid a certificate for their child, who completed all 144 classes diligently.

I am quite happy with the quality and the flexibility of the learning.

The one thing which I found difficult is that your response to mails are really slow..
nd there's no immediate contact number for an urgency... please do the needful

It was a wonderful experience for almost a year and half long association with Chandraprabha mam . Ananya Bareth used to wait for her class to get started in the evening hours.

Whitehat Jr is the best platform to learn coding. Teachers are very good and explain all the concept very well ,
My teacher , Najmus Sahar A is a very good teacher she make all the concept very easy to understand.

Ms. Ghazal is an amazing teacher and is very helpful during classes. He explained every doubt in a very positive manner. She is also available after the session if my son has any doubts. She always tries to manage her schedule as per our availability for class. She always reminds us of my son's pending work. She always understands my son's mood and keeps him happy during class. She also guides him for his better welfare as per his future prospects. My son never feels like a teacher to her, always like a partner or mother. My son loves her so much that he can miss her classes, but doesn't want to take classes with the substitute teacher. What more can I say besides this. She is wonderful teacher I can give 100 stars to her without any doubt.

Worst company to deal with. Enrolled my son for this great program they offered, and found out you have to spend more money on credits. So decided to get a refund because we never used it and figured I would sign him up at home. They say on their website full refund guaranteed if not satisfied. Contacted them numerous times and still nothing. Keep telling me I'll get an email within 24hours and nothing. This is ridiculous, over a month waiting for a refund.

its a mixed view, disappointed on credits system.
but happy with the way coordinator & her manager helped to go ahead with the next course renewal

The company is not an educator company but its a White hat & White Collar Fraudsters Co.

We availed a plan with WhiteHat Jr. a couple of years ago, which had no questions asked refund. Due to other commitments our son couldn't do the classes, and we requested for the refund. After multiple chasers, they confirmed us to refund money through an email which I have pasted below. The email was sent on July 2023 but we haven't received that until now. It has been more than 2 year of chase. I need to file a lawsuit on this company for holding our money, breaching their policy and mental torture for a couple years now.
I would advice never enrole for Byjus classes even if they give you lucrative offer as they will vanish once you have enrolled.
