I have never dealt with customer service like this, the product is terrible, very watery, looks awful this product would make me not wanna smile! .. I asked for refund, they won't issue one, they went through step by step to apply, which I've done all different ways , they told me to prove how it looks by sending them a video! Which is terrible to ask a customer to do! I have requested refund of my bank and will be making sure no one else gets scammed by these!

Terrible it’s so hard to get it to look natural and it just peels off in an hour or if you eat or accidentally hit it. DONT GET THIS! I wasted 75$

Levitin (olen ammattilainen) ainetta hampaille ohjeen mukaan. Jos mainostetaan tuotetta helpoksi käyttää,silloin tuote tulee olla asiakkaalle helppo käyttää.Yksinkertaista. Ei tarvitse korkeakoulututkintoa siihen 😂 Pyytävät videota minusta levittämässä ainetta hampaisiini nyt,kun haluan purkaa kaupat…uskomatonta toimintaa.

Aine polttaa hampaissa aivan helvetisti ja nähtävästi hampaiden kiille vaurioituisi varmasti pitkäaikaisessa käytössä!!! Kipua tuntui myös ikenissä. Monta päivää vihlontaa jäi tuotteen käytöstä.

Epäilen valmistajan käytettäneen erittäin vahvaa valkaisuainetta tuotteessa,mikä vahingoittaa terveyttä!!!

Shit in the package! I made a mistake with the two for one offer. Only one bottle of nail polish came in the mail for teeth.

I applied the substance to my teeth (I am a professional) according to the instructions. If the product is advertised as easy to use, then the product should be easy for the customer to use. Simple. You don't need a university degree for that 😂 They are asking for a video of me applying the substance to my teeth now that I want to break the store... unbelievable action.

The substance burns like hell on the teeth and apparently the enamel of the teeth would definitely be damaged in long-term use!!! I also felt pain in my gums. I had a sore throat for many days after using the product.

I suspect that the manufacturer used a very strong bleaching agent in the product, which is harmful to health!!!

The product was awful! It was gummy and clumped to your gums. I wrote their support team for a refund and have been through a rediculous amount of emails wanting me to take a video of me putting it on . Their site says 100% money returned if not satisfied. Well there is no way they will refund you! This company sucks! Never buy their product!

The product does not perform as advertised and is not in conformity with the contract.
I have withdrawn from the contract.
The merchant refuses a refund unless I provide video recordings of myself, which I do not consent to.
I am not requesting troubleshooting or replacement, only a refund.

Tried to get a refund for this horrendous product but insulted my intelligence by asking me to send a video of me applying the product to make sure I applied it correctly even tho it states 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. The video on my phone dosnt work. I'm busy working 12hr shifts and can't be dealing with companies like this so it has gone in the bin. Waste of money and company is terrible.

Absolute rubbish. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. Will not answer emails. Please people do not waste your money on this rubbish. Complete false advertising.

It was like oil paint . Looked false on the teeth and trying to do bottom teeth with saliva building was hopeless , when teeth are supposed to be kept dry while putting it on . My teeth are not that bad , but I gave it a try . It looks false , even my husband said your teeth don’t look right . I brushed off instantly . If you want your teeth to look their best , like us , see your dentist or have proper whitening done . These are just gimmicks . Please don’t waste your money . What I have now will fill in marks on a wall . Don’t buy

Product does Not work. Looks unnatural and like Tipex. I feel Scammed by this and the 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have to Pay more to send the Product back than the refund will be

The only good thing about this product is the minty taste. It does not go on well, it’s streaky. It looks so bad!

Utter rubbish which I have to pay for, it doesn't work , not fit for purpose. Goes on and sets like chewing gum. Awful stuff. £20 down the drain. These companies shouldn't be allowed to trade.

DO NOT BUY! Slides off your teeth and leaves a few chalky marks. The money back guarantee is not valid either as stated on website. This company is just ripping people off.

If I could give 0, I would for this rubbish product. I so wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money. Please beware, prospective buyers, it falls very far short of what
it's supposed to do. I have two bottles which I'm literally throwing in the bin because it doesn't even function as Tippex.

This is an awful product. It goes on patchy, does not work at all. it's shocking actually how bad this is. I have asked to return and have not heard back. Do not buy!!

I purchased this the other week. Its a small nail varnish type size.
Its extremely hard to apply successfully, even if you do it in thin layers as the polish melts if it comes into even the slightest contact with saliva or your lips. Its very hard to keep your mouth open long enough to allow it to dry correctly......and yes I dried my teeth thoroughly on a paper towel as instructed. It doesn't live up to its claims at all unfortunately, so don't waste £26 on it. There's more effective teeth whitening products out there for sure.
Also, be very careful when you brush your teeth to remove it, I spat it out and its set like concrete in my bathroom sink!!

Absolutely awful company, ignore all of your messages, refuse to refund me for a product they haven’t even sent me. Stole £20 off me. Disgraceful business

Took ages to arrive. Terrible stuff. Very artificial looking and peels off. Might as well smear toothpaste on your teeth. Not a fan.
