Love this company and have ordered several pieces on line with them. Latest one did not arrive within the usual 3 days and once I contacted them they hand delivered a replacement to my house as I was going on holiday. It is rare you get such amazing customer service coupled with quality of product . High recommended.

I can't praise this independent little company enough! Whether it be ordering online (I collect in store) or buying in store, always excellent service, with a smile. Even if I've had a follow up query, I have always received the same excellent, personal service. Great range of clothes, decent quality at reasonable prices. If the online item you want has sold out, there is an option to be notified if/when comes back into stock. Such a treat to experience this kind of personal, reliable service these days. Thank you

My first order arrived today, everything was beautiful. I was over the moon with the clothes I purchased & starfish necklace, all excellent quality. Might have been my first order, but it won’t be my last.
Wonderful to find a shop /website that delivers quickly. Facebook lives help with the selection of clothes. Healthy 15% discount on the first order too!

They will pretend they do not know you or that you have not purchased anything from their company... so beware of gaslighting as well. Do not shop here. I'm begging you. Awful customer service. Horrendous in fact. I purchased a pair of shoes in late June and returned them on July 9th. Sent them back per the instructions. Paid the fees. Everything. It is now August 9th. The shoes have been available for pick up at customs since the 12th and they have not picked up the shoes or processed the return. These were not cheap shoes. All I get is some email once a week from Erika saying they sent a form to pick them up or some bs. I have done many returns to UK and Europe and it's never taken a month. One of the worst experiences of my life. I had a heart issue this year and saved my money to buy something nice for myself. I bought these. When they didn't work out I bought a different pair because I loved their inventory. Never again. I will escalating this to the bbb and contacting my bank for fraud. I'm begging you... do. Not. Shop. Here. Awful.

Staff in Nantwich extremely rude and unhelpful. The quality of clothing seems to be similar to SHEIN and other Chinese clothing, however very overpriced. Won’t be shopping there again!!

Just wanted to say what great customer service I got from white ribbon, I didn’t receive a parcel from them, when I called they was so helpful and sent me out all the items again which I was so grateful for . Again such a lovely family run business

I don't think I have any clothes that aren't from White Ribbon. perfect, great taste, style, everything fits...

I bought black sorrentos which I was really pleased with. They are smooth magic trousers and had a good length, I am 5ft 7ins. I have had some from other companies which have been a little too short. Super comfy, a good alternative to a black skinny jean.

Ordered a jacket and trousers and they arrived within a few days. Both are great jacket is lovely on sndhave the trousers in varies colours.

Sorrento trousers are a must have to add to your staple wardrobe. My collection is getting bigger. Very comfortable trousers easy to wear and great collection of colours. I've just added colours chocolate and black to my collection.

Lovely silk blouse very flattering and stylish wear

I found white ribbon online/Facebook around March 2022 . I have ordered from them since . I did have one order that wasn’t complete but this was rectified with a quick phone call . The clothes are lovely quality and delivery is fast and efficient .
I have had to return a couple of items due to them not fitting and today I spoke to a young lady named Kia about a minor refund issue , she was polite and extremely helpful and sorted the problem in minutes .
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company , five stars ⭐️

Where do I start this is my first review even though I have had a few orders from white ribbon boutique and I must say everything was perfect. The clothes are fabulous and exactly as described website very easy to navigate and service very efficient. I recieved my latest order this morning and I am delighted with it.
