I came across White Van Gentlemen because my neighbour recommended them… and I can’t recommend them highly enough either!!! These guys are wonderful. They made our move completely stress free, and were a welcome, calming and friendly presence.
We chose to have the packing, move and unpacking service. I’m 7 months pregnant so was so worried about moving family homes during this time - if I’d known I’d have these guys around us I wouldn’t have worried at all!! They were awesome!
Our house move consisted of packing an over night bag, and heading out for the day with our toddler!
All communication was excellent and we will definitely use the team again when we come to move again in future.

Very professional. Both pick up and drop off were managed very efficiently and with with care for the furniture to be moved

The worst experience ever
They lost priceless items, mixing up what was for the dump and what had to be delivered
Not a word of excuse or explanation
No supervision
They spent their times on smoking or lunch breaks
Locked themselves out!
And I paid premium price - AVOID AT ALL COST

I spoke to several removal companies before my move - and I felt Dan had great empathy for the whole experience. He reassured me and made helpful suggestions…
His team on the day were absolutely wonderful. Polite, enthusiastic and did an excellent job all with a smile. I am so delighted I hired them, and now my house is in their storage units till I use them again to move into my new home.

I had the pleasure of using White Van Gentlemen through my order with French Bedroom, and honestly, they were superb from start to finish.

I paid extra for the white glove delivery service, and it was worth every penny. The team assembled my bed in under 10 minutes. They were also incredibly polite and thoughtful, taking great care not to mark my freshly painted walls, which I really appreciated.

The tracking website was great, and on both occasions, they were early!

You can tell the guys take real pride in their work. I strongly recommend White Van Gentlemen for any delivery outside of London. Thank you.

We recently used The White Van Gentlemen for our move, following a recommendation, and they were absolutely fantastic. George and his colleague arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. The booking process with Milly and Dan was just as seamless and impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing team!

The team did an excellent job of packing up and moving the contents of my 3 bedroom apartment and moving it to another property in the country 2 hours from London. They were very efficient and extremely helpful and worked quickly but in a very friendly manner

What a great company. Cheerful, friendly guys who just got on with a very difficult delivery. They (9 guys) brought a very heavy item through a newly refurbished house, using an unconventional method they worked out themselves. Then spent time assembling it and positioning it exactly where it was meant to go. Would 100% recommend

WVG were absolutely incredible from start to finish of our house move. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by their office’s and movers’ professionalism, communication and efficiency. We would recommend them 100%!

White van gentlemen were amazing. The office from start to finish had great communication and were helpful throughout. The 5 guys arrived on time and were gentlemen. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!

A catalogue of disasters: beware of this company.
They arrived late for a major household removal. They then damaged floors and walls getting items downstairs, which in turn were chipped and marked. They 'mislaid' my valuable fold-up Brompton bicycle which never made it to my destination. One Polish guy in particular complained volubly and unpleasantly about the boxes being heavy. They did not arrive at the destination (half an hour away) till dark, and used that as an excuse for dumping stuff anywhere. They refused to take the desk upstairs, saying it would need dismantling, for which they had no time though they would do it the next day. They scratched more walls unloading, left my wardrobe screws on the floor without bothering to re-insert them: the list of grievances goes on. The only damage for which they claimed liability was for the badly scratched wooden floor, but having promised to remedy it, they have never got back to me again. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Excellent and accurate communication. Full tracking of the van and clean tidy delivery. A real stand out delivery company
