I cannot recommend Whitmark. His response time is horrible. He’s built a couple strategies for me. This last one I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a couple small changes. The main strategy was built. On 9/18 he said he’d likely have it completed the next day. It’s now 10/7. I don’t get any updates unless I ask. All I can say is don’t pay in advance for programming
