The WHMCS support helped me out with some small issue I couldn’t solve and my hosting provider (very famous worldwide, but I won’t say the company’s name), from which I bought a reseller account, barely gave me answers, but, during 15 days, the “advanced support analyst” said there was nothing wrong.

Then I came ask for help here in whmcs The whmcs support answered me back very quickly, plus, they found the issue in a second, and , even not being their obligation to solve it, they made me this favor.

Please keep up the good work.

This is how customer service should be! Its like a real person, who is actually interested in helping solve my issue. Something tiny became expired and was causing an issue. I could never have figured out what it was. But like a hero with a cape, they came in for the rescue and cheerfully handled it thoroughly and quickly -- so quickly!!

I have been using WHMCS for several years now. Occasionally I might need help with a new feature in a new release and the support is always excellent.

The support staff went above and beyond finding the information I forgot to supply, in order to fix the issue my installation was facing. Within a few hours the issue was identified and resolved completely.

WHMCS is the best platform for reselling hosting,servers, email hosting etc...

Been a customer for a couple years. No complaints. I don't have many support tickets in my history with them so that's great. The software does precisely what I expect with a good update cadence.

I have used WHMCS for about 20 years, its amazing software and I can't ever see a day in the future where we wouldn't be using WHMCS to automate our hosting business.

Everything was best.
I didn't need the service anymore and they refunded my credits without hesitation.

I cannot believe WHMCS would do this to long term customers, just cut us off, removed the ability to even purchase support or upgrades, just like that. No warning period, just a straight end of service. Yes, the software will work for a while, but you cannot honour your existing clients? WHMCS have Betrayed their customers, Betrayed their country, and should be ashamed of what they have done.
