All Akela food is covered under our Taste Guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened foods (limited to one per customer) or sealed foods (no limit) can be returned to us at your expense. Here are the terms:
1. You need to notify us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase that you wish to make a claim and include your order number (or a copy of your receipt if you ordered via a stockist)
2. You need to send the food back to us in its original packaging at your expense
3. We will check the food, weigh it and provide a refund for the residual weight minus a 10% fee for opened foods.

My dog is now 13plus
My dog is now 13plus. She was a rescue dog and for the 12 years ive had her has had Akela. It arrives quickly and is fresh. She looks well on it and her coat is good.I have had a vet say she hopes she is as good when she is a similar age! I would happily recommend it .

Amazing high quality food.
I wouldn’t feed my dog anything else - she has allergies, Akela fish (allergies include poultry) is a super high quality food. She loves it ( we also add cooked veggies which she adores) we have noticed the benefits through her fur, teeth and general overall health. Would highly recommend Akela to anyone.

Akela offers such a range of options
They are great on delivery, my dog loves the small kibble. There is so little variety for dogs in flavour normally but Akela offers a lovely range of different flavours PLUS the option of small kibble. My little Border Terrier just doesn't eat any other dried food now and I can't fault it.

Can't fault Akela but delivery company didn't deliver to house but said they had missed us when we were in. Had to go and collect at co op a mile away
