We would like to clarify that the products you ordered and received are already body oils made to the highest concentration that is safe for direct skin application. They are ready to use as-is, and no additional ingredients need to be added.

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality products at competitive wholesale prices. Our pricing structure reflects the quality of the products we provide, but wholesale pricing typically does not include the profit margins necessary to absorb additional costs such as shipping.

While some companies may offer "free shipping," it's important to note that those costs are often built into the product price. Ultimately, shipping expenses are always covered by the customer, whether they are explicitly listed or not.

The $0.95 sample charge is a reasonable fee for the large size of our samples. Additionally, we offer five free samples by request with any order over $100 in product value.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your continued support, as we’ve had the pleasure of fulfilling over 100 orders for you since 2020. We were surprised to see this as your first public review, especially since we haven’t received any prior feedback directly from you.

We’d like to clarify that our oils are made with the same formulas and high-quality ingredients that we’ve used for over 27 years. While we understand that fragrance is highly subjective, customer feedback does not always indicate an issue with the product itself. Often, what may seem like a change in scent can be attributed to user preferences or external factors.

We have not made any significant changes to our fragrances since 2020, aside from minor adjustments to comply with IFRA regulations.

We’d be happy to discuss this further and address any specific concerns you have. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll work together to ensure your satisfaction.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we understand that fragrance preferences can be highly personal and subjective, we respectfully disagree with your assessment of our product quality. We take great pride in offering high quality oils and maintaining long-standing relationships with thousands of satisfied customers over the years.

To clarify, your previous orders were placed between 2011 and 2016. There was no order placed in 2020, so it’s possible you may be confusing us with another company. During our recent phone conversation, you expressed a preference for "thick oils." We’d like to reiterate that we have never offered thickened oils, as we do not use unnecessary additives or fillers to alter the viscosity of our fragrances. Thick oils outside of certain musks, contain filler ingredients that compromise the integrity of the scent. We'd also like to clarify that ALL oils intended for use on the body contain a carrier oil, such as DPG, to ensure safe application and proper performance.

We also noted that your dissatisfaction with our fragrances is not new, as you expressed similar concerns in 2016 and requested complimentary products at that time. While we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, it appears our products may not align with your expectations, and that’s okay. Not every product is a perfect match for every customer.

Please know that we have used the same trusted manufacturers and formulations for over 27 years. Any changes made over time (such as the removal of phthalates and other potentially harmful ingredients) have been in full compliance with IFRA guidelines and only serve to improve the safety and quality of our offerings.

We regret that your experience has not been a positive one, and we wish you the best in finding a fragrance supplier that better suits your preferences.
